I wish I could have read the instructions but I had to go online and find out how to use this product. The instructions were in a different language. Because of that I will buy from someone else the next time

The instructions are in 2 languages on the back…NOT in English – WHAT?
See my photos… My complaint is in regard to the text on the back of container… there are 2 paragraphs of text, in 2 different languages – but, NOT in English? WHAT? — This is sloppy Proctor & Gamble.– I am assuming this copy is telling me how to use this product. >>You need to provide the translation for this product and email it to me!The other uncomfortable issue is when you received a “New” item and it looks like it might be used. >>Check out the ‘scotch tape’ on the container from the top to bottom on one side. It’s weird. I am used to some type of cellophane wrapping. What’s the deal P&G?I haven’t opened it yet… I am still freeking …

content spilled out into packaging
Don’t know if this stuff works or not. I had returned it because it was unsealed and spilling out. I asked for a replacing and the replacement was even worse. Upon receipt and opening packaging, the content of the container had spilled out into the package. The container is shipped unsealed. Not sure of the efficacy nor the quality of any product that is not sealed properly. the return process has been a nightmare too. Still waiting on my refund.

The product came unsealed and only 75-80% full. I assume that it was used and then resold – it went in the trash!

Die haarmaske hilft sehe gut dabei, falls man sehr dünnes und leichtes Haar hat, es wird sehr glatt und angenehm.Der Geruch ist ehr neutral aber angenehm gehalten und stört nicht.In der Dose selbst befindet sich reichlich Creme drinne, bei 2x pro Woche sollte eine Dose locker 1-2 Monate halten, wenn nicht sogar länger.Ob sie tazächlich die Haare stärker kann ich nicht 100%tig sagen, es fühlt sich aber schon etwas danach an.Für den Preis kann ich sie nur empfehlen.

I originally brought this 18 months ago for my toddler as she kept waking up with bed head at the back of her head (hair all ruffled, tangled and matted from sleeping on her back) so I brought this and used it on my toddlers hair. WOW! Her hair was smooth and no more bed head!I was so impressed that I used it on me – again amazing results! My hair is smooth, glossy and silky to touch and definitely more manageable.If you keep the conditioner on as long as possible, especially putting loads on wet hair, then wrap your whole head in foil then put cling film on top- sit and watch nighttime tv for a couple of hours, then rinse- amazing! Especially for bleached blonde hair or hair that has been repeatedly bleached.I would highly recommend this product

Do not buy this product, I only received one pot when the product description stated pack of 6. I effectively paid £20+ for one pot of intensive conditioner.
