I buy this to use with my biotin supplement as for some reason I react to biotin and get tiny bumps on my face but wanted to continue taking it as it was helping my hair loss. After some research I discovered that this vitamin should help combat the reaction and it did. Iâm on my third bottle and still no reaction. Iâm thankful I found this.

OKAY SO I’ve used this for about 2 months now and I 100% see a difference. not just with my acne but with my overall skin tone aswell.
I still get a few pimples near my chin and a small one during my period but it has helped with my pizza-face. I take three pills in the morning.
I’m hesitant with taking more since some of the negative reviews have mentioned hair loss and I’m not risking that lol. I make sure to take biotin and add a scalp serum to my routine just in case!!!
I also started taking DIM supplement for my cystic acne that I would get during my period, so that could be a factor aswell. I think the pantothenic acid was the main culprit for helping my adult acne tho!!
