I think I’ve found that in the Storomo peanut balls.The key feature of functionality that I was looking for was a thick enough material that makes it truly burst-resistant, maintaining it’s shape with weight-bearing, and that it lasts through more than only a few uses.Whether you are a birth professional or an expectant parent, I can confidently recommend this brand of peanut ball. I’ve purchased a couple of different sizes at this point and am happy with them and recommend them to my clients and students now.Bonus Pro tips: The 50 cm size is the most versatile for using with labor and birth positioning, if you wanted to choose one size to own. (It won’t work for every body or every position, but it meets in the middle fore most.) I like the smaller 30 cm size to use for sleep positioning during pregnancy and for back support in side-lying positions during labor. Helps regulate my autistic toddler
My son is 3 so itâs the perfect size for him. He does need alittle help gettting off of it but it gives him a way to regulate himself. We normally bounce together on the big yoga ball but I wanted to give him something he can try to do independently. Plus I use it still too for stretching and etc.

I purchased this peanut shaped exercise ball to help me with core strengthening. I purchased this in the blue color, although there are several fun colors to choose from. In addition to helping build strength, this ball is great for pregnant moms and even kids. I purchased this in 23 inches by 12 inches but there is a 31 by 15 as well. I like that this is made of high quality and environmentally friendly material. I even use this for yoga so it really does have so many purposes. It’s helping to give me better balance as well which these exercise balls are really known for. The pvc is anti explosive and will not easily pop. This is easy to use because it comes with a pump and instructions and was also really easy to set up! The directions are clear and it didn’t take a lot of effort to inflate. Love this!

My Fault for not checking the measurements, its very small
The ball I already had is the blue ball on the right, the one I ordered , without checking the size, is the pink ball which is good for maybe a 5 year old. Check the dimensions before you order, lesson learned
