    Bought for my mum as she is already into yoga execrices and wanted to know more on how to strenghten her pelvic muscles. Easy exercises, do not require specific equipement, there ara also dificulty levels indicated. Chapters are nicely structured so it is easy for an elderly person to follow information. Nutrition advice and weekly plans are included as well.
