I have used Philips Sonicare toothbrushes for many years. When my 10+ year old toothbrush recently quit working properly, I purchased another Sonicare replacement. The new (pretty pink) toothbrush was thinner and shorter than my previous one and the vibration was so minimal that it did not clean my teeth. I resorted to using a manual toothbrush until I could find a more powerful electric toothbrush (Philips 9300). Unfortunately, I trusted that the toothbrush would work, since my past experience was great and the reviews were high. I plan to dispose of the pink toothbrush. If I could go back in time, I would have purchased the higher end toothbrush to begin with.
