Great resource
These board games are a great resource and add a little fun to reading practice.The games are 2 sided, 4 games total. You receive spinners with letters/sounds that you add to the beginning, middle, or end of a word.The object is to try and create a word with the letter(s) you land on. Sometimes you create a word, sometimes you don’t. It’s a great skill for kids to learn.You can use this at home, in small groups, one-on-one, in therapy sessions, or you can create your own version of a game.-Wife

Solid Components
These phonics games will be a fun way for kids to practice blending sounds to form words. The boards and game pieces are nice quality and decent weight. The suction cup spinner is clever and easy to use. I will need to find another container. The one it came in is a tight fit, and it would tear easily.

My Students Love These Games
I bought these games for my students (K-2 special education). They are great for practicing short vowel decoding skills, as well as working on social skills. I love that these are 4 games in one, each hitting a different part of the word. They will play the games over and over again without getting bored.My only complaint is that the box was destroyed after I opened it. You have to find another storage solution for these games. I put them in an organizing bag, with hopes of keeping it neatly in a filing cabinet with my other review games.

Issue with spinner
I like how it folds compactly and is double sided. Simple learning game. My one complaint is it comes with one spinner and there is no way to attach the spinner to either board. Even if I made a hole I. The boards wheel, there is only one spinner. I donât understand the concept behind the spinner. I will have to come up with an skyernatufd solution. Otherwise the game is decent. The boards feel thick.

Great phonics game
I am a reading tutor and always looking for ways to engage young learners. These games are similar to some included in my resource books, but better because they aren’t copied and pasted together. They are colorful and sturdy. The spinner works smoothly. And the four different boards mean they will grow with learners. I suspect it would be too busy to play with six players on a relatively small board but it is definitely great for three to four players. The boards do lay flat despite being folded up for convenient storage.

The boards are colorful and there is no odor.The game boards are nice hard material and fold up for easy storage. The directions for each game are printed at the bottom of each board. Each board covers a different skills – the four skills are: cvcc words, beginning sounds, middle sounds, and final sounds. The games are straightforward and will provide great practice for beginning readers!Really nice resource and a great value!!!
