I had purchased these to see if they compared to the garden of life probiotics for women that are slightly higher in price. I enjoyed the lower price for these, the added benefits for Ph balance and the higher probiotic content. Overall these worked well, you definitely feel a difference in your digestion and overall health. I would say I did not see a huge difference with bloating and discomfort, which is something the garden of life supplements definitely helped with. Overall I would say they are both very beneficial and comparable, but for me personally I would not repurchase I will be sticking with the garden of life since that is what works best. I still think these are worth a try and definitely a better value if you are taking these monthly.
