Great calcium supplement
I love this line for the pure ingredients and the fact that they work. I have been taking these for the past two years as a DEXA scan showed a slight bone loss two years ago. I was retested this year and showed much better bone density. I did increase strength training to twice a week as well as eliminate sweet drinks from my diet.

Trying to Reverse/Stop Osteoporosis
The dosage is high, but it’s my bones, so… There is no taste. I don’t / won’t know about the absorption rate /result until I get my next Dx scan. Hopefully these supps and resistance training will make a difference.
