    I love this video!
    I love this video! I was looking for a new workout video to take the place of my pool exercises now that our pool water has gotten so cold. With total knee replacement in both knees this past year I am gradually increasing my activity/stamina without too much impact. Your Body Bounce workout video is perfect. I was able to complete the entire workout the first time I viewed it. I have done the workout 5 times now and each time it seems like the end comes faster than the last. The instructor, Francine articulates well and prepares you for the next set of exercises. I like the fact that there are three levels and it is a full body cardio routine. I am doing the modification level right now but will work toward increasing to the next levels at my own pace. With the workouts directed especially to Upper Body, Legs, Abs and All body I am able to understand which exercises work on each part of the body. The icing on the cake is the fact that I am using a fitness ball which makes the workout more fun and I feel like I am a kid playing with a new toy. I highly recommend this workout video for all ages. (including children with supervision).

    What I was wishing for…
    Years ago I had a vhs tape with about 20 minutes of bouncy aerobics on the ball, but it was boring. I was hoping someday for a longer video of this sort with really fun songs and moves. Here it is- what I was wishing for! There is an extreme ball workout led by a man, but I watched a preview of it and it moves way to quick for a 60 ish woman, and I didn’t want to hurt myself. This video is so much fun! The moves and music are great, oh, I already said that. My core was really engaged, and I realized I was smiling a lot…I do a lot of low impact exercise videos, so I’m sort of fit, but I want to remember to engage my core and the ball really helps me to achieve this. I have always had a hard time rolling back on the ball, but with this video I realized I was doing it! There are 3 levels.I hope these girls make some more workout dvds. Maybe a mini trampoline workout… or Hopefully more ball workouts.

    Ignore the negative reviews – the key is the workout is what YOU make it! Its not a bad workout if you put in the effort!!
    This workout is the perfect offset to higher intensity training. I have started using this after an intense cardio workout and it has really grown on me. Its not a high production dvd as the creators are just really getting their workout into the marketplace. So if you are looking for a state of the art workout production with fancy packaging, this is not that. But thats ok. Here is the key – the workout works only if YOU put in the quality effort. And guess what? I use hand weights and ankle weights and I have a stability ball that fits my height (5’9) so that the exercise is most effective. I wear my Fitbit and my heart rate averages 130 for the 30-35 minute workout. I think this would be a good workout for someone who has knee issues or is looking to ease back into a workout routine. I would agree that to rely on this solely for cardio will only go so far – ultimately one will need to supplement this with additional cardio like walking or some other workout dvd.The moves are not difficult and there are modifiers depending on your comfort level. For the reviewer that said the moves are suggestive or sexual – I am at a loss for words on that comment. These moves are in NO way sexual. The stability ball helps you focus on your abs – so you do a number of moves that require back and forth, side to side and hip circle pelvic moves for ab work; boxing punches and sitting ab crunches – all decent ab work on the ball. The last thing I thought about while doing this workout was not even remotely sexual – I was focused on keeping my abs tightened and working them out on the ball. Surprisingly I felt them the next day after my first time using this. I make it a point to exaggerate the moves to get the most out of the workout. Keep in mind that stability ball moves are not always easy as it forces you to balance. However, I think overall, its a unique cardio option that goes fairly fast – its not boring.The only thing I don’t like is the music – the music is a bit cheesy and corny. I am creating a soundtrack to play over this with music that is more popular right now. For sure, good music makes an average workout great. This ball workout could become the zumba of ball workouts with better music and more creative moves to keep the workout fun. I would welcome a 45 min to 60 min workout on the ball with the right music and routine.Overall, I think this is worth a try. I took a chance and I am surprisingly happy with it. It has potential to become the next big thing with the right updates like music, more creative moves and a longer workout option.

    Great cardio workout
    This workout was really great.I haven’t seen anything like this before.For someone like me who finds it hard to barely roll from the couch to the floor..this workout was perfect for me.Ive been struggling to lose weight and have been out of shape so I feel intimidated to go to the gym.Doing this workout gets you motivated and is easy to do from the comfort and privacy of your own home.The women on here make it really fun to workout with and they have 3different levels whether you’re looking for modified workouts or advanced,you get a good cardio workout.Im excited about my road to getting fit and losing weight and I look forward to seeing more workouts from body bounce.Anyone can do this so if you’re looking for a great workout to get you going again and motivated,this is the one.

    Super dorky. Thought it would be something I could do with my kids, definitely not. They never got up off the ball ever like other routines that include lifts, squats, etc. literally just bounced in a dorky fashion, maybe it is for the golden girls?

    30 min workout, great for anyone, fun, you will love it
    I use to workout to beachbody 21 day fix modified version I did it from Feb 2016 till Jul 2016 and lost 92 pounds however I tore both of my meniscus. I had my right one repaired however my left one is still torn. I have been hesitant to workout. But I said let me just try and order this to use with my stability ball. 1st day and I was sweating. Some people posted negative reviews don’t let that deter you because if you suffer from pain like I do you will appreciate this workout! I will post results in a few months to give a more in depth review.

    Adds nice variety to my workouts
    Since COVID I’ve been working out at home, which can get kind of boring. This video adds a nice variety to my workout routine. I’ve added it in to my workout schedule once a week and I find myself really looking forward to doing the bounce workout. Great for balance and for abs.
