    This book has it all. Everything you need to know if you want to have the body that you always wanted. I love this book so much that I actually use it as a guide for my goals. The best part about this book is the nutrition guide. i have been searching everywhere on how to understand nutrition better. Not only for bulking cutting and maintaining. But it also teaches you how to eat better. the only downsides about this book is it doesn’t tell you how to measure your food. It does tell you how to get accurate numbers like a food scale or not using calorie apps. But i wanted to know more about how to measure food. Raw or cooked. that would be legit. Other than that this is my favorite book when it comes to aesthetics. I read a lot and i mean a lot of fitness books and this is one of my top 10 books if not top 5. There’s a lot of good information. I recommend you buy this if you are interested in aesthetics. Or bodybuilding. If you want to learn how to get lean or big then buy this book. There’s not a lot of books out there that talk about nutrition as much as this one.
