S T R E T C H !!!
I saw someone using one of these at my local gym and ended up buying one to use my own home vs laying on the gym floor. I wanted this to use to exercise my stomach area and it works great. I love the handle feature of it. I can lay on my back, hold this, extend my arms back then forward and really feel the muscles tighten in my stomach area. I will have to watch videos or more people use this for more uses but for now I am happy. Ball is nice and sold, durable and for me 12 lbs is a good weight.

Great quality, a little expensive
I’ve been working out with this ball for a couple of months now, and I’m not at all disappointed with my purchase. I could tell as soon as I removed it from the package that this was a high quality item… not cheap and poorly made like some of the other medicine balls I’ve used. The grips are nice and comfortable and it can take a beating. It cost a little more than I originally wanted to pay, but it will without-a-doubt pay off in the long run.

It’s functional and as described except that it has this greasy/oily film cover that has been impossible (2 weeks of use and wiping) to rid of. Tried dishwashing and laundry detergent but the tacky oil keeps coming back.
