Works as intended
This product is bigger than I thought it was which Iâm not complaining about. Itâs a good idea to keep it dry after use or else you can end up with residue on your counter. Product works well. Easy to use and should last a while. Good value for the money.

Great item!
My Husband shaves not only his face but also his head. He likes very sharp razors with the result that his poor scalp gets cut fairly often. Somehow he had NEVER heard of styptic pencils! Don’t know how but he never had. I bought him this one plus 3 of the small ones. Now we don’t have to worry about him bleeding from a scalp wound every few days! Please get them! I highly believe no home should be without at least one. AND they last for a very long time.

Good for those little nicks you sometimes get whe shaving with a safety razor. Storage case keeps the stick clean and dry.

Like my grandfather had!
I was shopping one day and came across these septic pencils. I had totally forgotten about them, and remembered that my grandfather had one for when he shaved. He used a razor and a razor strap, the old fashioned way. He didn’t cut himself often but when he did he had his styptic pencil ready. (He used to let me watch him shave when I was very young. I’m 64 now!!! LOL!)It’s funny, because it’s not anything I thought I really needed. But since I’ve bought it, I’ve already used it several times! Works a lot better than standing there blotting with toilet paper. Lol!! It DOES sting, but the blood stops instantly.

It works
This styptic pencil works for small cuts from shaving just like the old ones from years ago use to do.

Old school stick
Same as the days of old. That last one I bought lasted almost 20 years.
