I canât tell you yet if these work but I can tell you they taste good and they are not sugar coated like some of the other calcium vitamins. I really like that about these. It makes me feel healthier by taking these vitamins. Texture is nice and doesnât upset my stomach at all like some other vitamins. Iâm an acid reflux sufferer and these have been great!

Have only tried one so far, but the taste is fantastic, Unlike all the many other chewable and liquid calcium supplements Iâve tried. Also, so far, no problem with gas or constipation as other calcium supplements have caused me.
Be aware, the amount of calcium per daily serving is only 600 mg, which is only half what my doctor recommends for osteoporosis.
Some huge pluses : itâs plant-based, (algae,) As opposed to being made from ground up rocks or oyster shells, So far more absorbable, and contains the proper ratio of magnesium, . Also this is the only one I could find and chewable form that contains Vit K and Vit D, which additionally increase the bodies ability to absorb the calcium.
The only other downside is that the size of the product is disappointing the small. From the photo, you think youâre getting a big container, but itâs actually only about the size of my pinky, 3â⦠But that shouldnât matter since itâs the same amount, just a small smaller than expected container.

At first I thought this was a tad expensive until I read that there was close or over 100% for vitamin D3 K2 zinc calcium and magnesium. I have a sensitive stomach and cannot take more than a few pills or vitamins at a time or I risk getting sick. Also, if the gummies do not taste well, same thing. These gummies taste like peach cobbler! They are absolutely delicious and I can actually get all of these health benefits by eating just two a day! I will write and update after a month of these, itâs only been a few days.
