Good exercise bike
I got this exercise bike for my daughter who is prepping to join the military.Assembly: It took about 30 minutes to put this together. The most difficult part was trying to get the screws lined up to go in. The instructions were easy to follow.Using the bike: It is comfortable to sit on to ride. When it is all the way out, she canât reach the handles. Sheâs 5â3â. The adjuster works fine to change your level of resistance.Arm bands: These work well. You can use the arm bands while youâre riding the bike if you want to.Leg band: This is at the back of the bike. You have to be off the bike to use this one.Display: This works well. She is not very interested in using it as she usually watches TV while riding the bike. We canât find where the cell phone holder is supposed to be.Folding: This bike folds easy for storage and is easy to move. It also unfolds easy to set up to use.Overall: This is a good exercise bike with extra options instead of just the bike. Itâs also nice that you can fold it up to keep it out of the way when not in use. Itâs a good deal for $125.

I really like it! Easy assembly!
I think it took me about an hour to assemble the Pleny Folding Exercise Bike, 5 IN 1 Stationary Bike, but that’s because I was slightly confused when I came to the electronics connections. One of the cords was hiding down by the wheel thingy. One of the things for assembly that made it easier was that the nuts, bolts, screws were mostly already screwed into the holes where they went. You aren’t met with a baggie full of nuts and bolts to figure which one is A, B, C, etc. There were only a very small amount of screws that were in a separate baggy. It’s a little more time consuming to unscrew the screws, etc., but it saves on frustration of figuring out what is what. The assembly pictures, up until the elastic bands part, were very well drawn. Not that they weren’t well drawn at the bands part, but it was just confusing to me a little bit.I am taking off a star because I am not sure what’s going on with the stats part. I can’t seem to figure that out. It’s possible there were instructions somewhere with how they work, but if they were included, I must have misplaced them. The pulse part — that’s fairly accurate based on my Fitbit HR monitor, BUT — it takes it a bit to climb to the appropriate number. It doesn’t just give your heart rate at that exact second. It has to start with a lower number that keeps rising. Before I get to see the HR number, though, it has moved on to the next stat.Resistance: I am restarting my fitness training (that means I’m a wimp, lol) and the highest tension did not feel that high to me. It eventually became more resistant the longer I pedaled, but, I am not sure it will be enough resistance for someone who is more advanced into their fitness journey. At my level of non-fit, I have it set around 5 or 6 and it only goes up to 8.It is extremely quiet, too!I have only had it in the recumbent position, and that works well for me. It so far has held my weight well and I am toward the upper limit of the weight limit capacity. I feel safe on it. The seat is very comfortable and the handles beside the seat are perfect. The backrest has made it enjoyable for me to just lean back and watch TV while pedaling. It feels really heavy in the box and while putting it together, but once it’s together, it can be moved around very easily, even without using the wheels. It is so much less cumbersome than a treadmill.I really, really am enjoying this bike! It’s a really great bike if you are starting out or looking more for physical therapy type of exercise. If you bike 25 miles up and down hills already, this may not be for you.

Great addition to the home gym
The Pleny Folding Exercise Bike has been a great addition to my home gym. Assembly was straightforward, with clear instructions and videos that made the setup quick and hassle-free. I appreciate the 5-in-1 design, which allows for a versatile workout experience, combining cardio with strength training using the built-in resistance bands. The bike’s magnetic resistance is smooth and quiet, which is perfect for home workouts without disturbing others. The compact, foldable design is a major bonus, taking up minimal floor space when not in use, and the transport wheels make it easy to move around.Comfort-wise, the cushioned backrest and multi-grip handles provide good support for longer sessions, and the LCD monitor is handy for tracking workout stats and heart rate. The phone holder is also a nice touch, letting me watch videos as I exercise. With a high weight capacity and sturdy build, this bike feels durable and stable. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to achieve an all-around workout from home.

Great Product at a GREAT price
Assembly took a little while, but it wasn’t hard. Overall, I am very happy with this. I am not sure I’ll get much out of the pully installed, but the bike operation is very smooth and I like it’s adjustability. My family is pretty small in stature, so this was a concern. This bike adjusts well. I would like it to be a little easier to adjust though as you have to unscrew completely versus a pop-in pin, but I’ll take the minor inconvenience for a piece of equipment that will get lots of use.

Easy Assembly
This bike was relatively easy to assemble. It is a very heavy bike and supports my body well. I like the added features of having the pulls for extra exercise. It is nice to be able to balance a book and get some exercise at the same time.

I would give this 6 stars if I could
Where to start? The fact that it’s lightweight and easy to move around, doesn’t take up much space, and is easy to store? The fact that it’s incredibly quiet when in use – so quiet that you could ride it while watching TV – or even in the same room where someone else is sleeping? The fact that the seat and the backrest are comfortable? The fact that it’s adjustable enough for my husband (6’4″) and me (5’6″) to be able to use it?The fact that it’s more than just an exercise bike, with the additional resistance bands?Top that off with a truly affordable price, and you’re going to want one of these!
