In Pound-a-Day Rapid Weight Loss author Madison Cavanaugh delivers an easy to understand/follow plan for losing weight that she claims has worked well for her and others. Itâs a quick read. I managed to finish it in only two sittings. The concepts are all easy to understand and sound solid enough. Itâs a combination of juicing and the use of a few supplements used in a specific way. Now some may say the book is just a way to sell these supplements via the authorâs own website, but there is nothing propriety about her plan and the various items she recommends are readily available from multiple sources. As for the plan, I can definitely see how many would find it appealing, what with it basically including a daily âcheatâ meal. As Iâve only finished reading the book and have yet to try out the plan I canât yet comment on how effective the system is, but as with any weight loss plan you are of course encouraged to consult your doctor before starting.
