    Definitely worth reading !
    I’m not gonna lie this book does not look like the type of books I would normally go for. Only because I’m not so much into sports. But I have been on this fitness journey for a little over a year now and I am always up for learning something new that will improve the results I get. So, with that being said. Yes I was hesitant to read it but i proceeded. Because what is that they they always told us in school. “Don’t judge a book by its cover.” So I went ahead and got it and from the very first pages I was hooked. This book was so inviting. It made me feel welcomed to learn this. It describes to everyone in any age how important it is to move your body. It doesn’t have to be this crazy routine. This book for sure made me feel more welcomed into this journey I’ve been in. I definitely learned a lot more things that I will be adding to my routine. I would definitely recommend to anyone that has been thinking about starting, already has started or even if you haven’t thought about it and you come accesos this book. I recommend you take some time to read it. It might change the way you think about the rest of your life.
