Makes me get a migraine everytime I take the supplements
So I got these after lots of research on what would be the best OTC supplements for any vitamin deficiency, and every time I took the recommended amount with food and plenty of water I would get a migraine that would put me out for hours. Then I decided I’ll just take one once a day and it still gave me the same result. Definitely speak to your primary doctor first before getting this. I really wished it worked out for me. Giving 3 stars because my experience isn’t going to be everyone’s experience

I recently found out I have a lot of dietary restrictions, and I knew I wasnât going to be getting the vitamins I needed daily. I checked these out, and contrary to some of the bad reviews I love them! Iâve got energy, Iâm rarely ever bloated, my mind is clearer, my appetite is back but not out of control.
As for the smell, itâs really not that bad compared to other supplements out there to take. The size is larger, but I think if you needed to pop the capsules open and dump it on your food or in your coffee you probably can. They havenât caused my stomach any issuesâ¦and if they upset your stomach consult with your doctor. You may have a mild allergy to one of the ingredients or the vitamins are flushing out and food toxins youâve eaten.
As a woman, I definitely recommend these.
