Improved Digestion?
I purchased these as I am going through menopause and wanted to increase my calcium intake. Additionally, I live in an area where vitamin D supplements are always recommended.
I have not had my vitamin d levels tested, so I can’t speak directly to that, however, ever since I began taking these my digestion has improved considerably. Coincidence? Maybe. Around the same time I also started eating Zolli Candy, much if which has the pre-biotic isomalt.
Whichever it is, I’ll be sticking with this supplement.

Easy to swallow
My last batch of calcium pills are so big.I have to get a pill crusher , just the swallow. The size of these pills aren’t too large(id say medium size) , and what drew me to this was the fact that it was mixed with other minerals.

EMPTY CAPSULES = LOSE OF MONEY FOR ME
This shipment I recieved from this company had shortage on the capsules only because they were empty. This means I’m paying you for empty capsules that I can’t use, so I see this as you wasting my money. I can’t afford these pills if you continue to do this, which means I’ll have to go in search of a company that’s more effective with all capsules being full.
I really like this product, but you are expensive and I’m loosing money on my orders with empty capsules I have to throw away.
