Best thing around
If i have a scratchy throat and I gargle this stuff and swallow I swear it will be gone by morning this stuff really regulates you mouth microbiome. Itâs not minty and does not have a smell so if thatâs what youâre looking for thatâs not it. Yes you can swallow it itâs safe.

Completely Changed My Mouthwash Experience
I had no idea that traditional mouthwashes actually throw the oral biome out of balance – even the so called âhealthyâ ones with essential oils – but these all do the same thing – just with difference ingredients – they indiscriminately disrupt the oral biome. Thatâs why Iâm so glad to have found this mouthwash and company and learned about the benefits of actually balancing the mouth flora with selective probiotics and prebiotics. After using this mouthwash for just a few weeks, Iâve already noticed an improvement in my breath and my dry mouth.
I just pour a packet of powder in a small glass and then pour a small amount of water into the glass, then mix and then drink. I gargle and swish for a full minute, and then I swallow. The amount of water I use is a comfortable mouthful. Thereâs even a bit of effervescence, which I like.
I use it after I brush in the morning and in the evening. Sometimes I even take the packets to restaurants and use after a meal. The packets are all individuals and equal to a serving, so theyâre easy to take on the go.

Mouthwash powder sachets
I like the concept of mouthwash powder packets, but this product has some faults.
First, the instructions are a little lacking. It says to mix the powder into a small glass of water but it doesn’t say how small. If you use a four ounce glass, are you supposed to drink it? Is it even safe to swallow? The Nutrition Facts make it look like a probiotic supplement, but do you get the effects just by swishing it around your mouth?
I tried this out in a couple of ounces of water, and the powder mixed quite readily with a spoon. I swished and gargled as directed. I didn’t taste or feel anything to tell me that it was working. It doesn’t really have any discernable flavor. I spit it out afterwards. I gave the remaining ounce of mixture to my husband, and he also swished and gargled. His experience was equivalent to mine, and his coffee breath was no better.
I don’t know if the pre and pro biotics in this product are meant to work over a period of time or immediately. I prefer germs to be killed immediately and my breath left fresh and minty. Maybe if you use this entire box over a month or mix the powder in only an ounce of water you’ll have results. But I won’t know because I’m going back to my regular mouthwash.
I can say one positive thing about this product, that the little packets will be great for travel – less weight and no worries about liquid on your carry on or breaking in your suitcase. The concept is there, just needs some work.

Fresh and clean
I used to much mouthwash and threw off my oral balance. This is when âalcohol â mouthwashes were a thing. Didnât know that i needed to repopulate my oral bacteria. Iâve only used this for a couple days and my mouth feels so clean and moisturized. Doesnât dry out mouth like mouthwashes do. I open a pack and put directly in my mouth because I read a review of someone who does it. Melts immediately. I gargle for five minutes. Iâm also using twice a day for the first month then Iâll taper down to only at night. Has xylitol too which is very good for teeth. Iâll be using for a while.

great for an older man like me
I have receding gums and in a tooth that receded when i use my nail there i feel discomfort, i am using this product for the prebiotics to help it battle the bacteria there, I like the flavor and 1 envelope i put in a little cup with 1 inch of warm water and stir it with the back of my toothbrush and when it fizzels i put it in my mouth and swish it for 1 minute, swallowing a little bit at the time. of course all of that after i brush my teeth. I’ll buy more for a while since I see improvement
