They don’t make me burp up the taste of vitamins
These are my favorite vitamins of all the ones I’ve tried. They’re easy to swallow and don’t make me burp up that vitamin taste that other brands do. I’m 10 months post op rny bypass and since I’ve been taking these, my labs have come back good every time. Would definitely recommend.

Great Vitamin for post Bariatric Weight Loss Surgery
I ordered these vitamins in May 2018 as I was having Gastric Sleeve Surgery (GSS) (Bariatric Weight Loss Surgery). In my research of GSS, I knew that I would have to be on a multivitamin for life due to the surgery and having to have a good source of daily vitamin supplement. I took these with me when I went to Mexico for surgery and asked my doctor if these would be a good supplement. She was really surprised about how good of a product it was and stated that it was better than the supplements that clinic sold. The vitamins the clinic sold was $300+. Which is not unusual. That’s the going price you would pay for them from a Bariatric surgical clinic here in the States. I told her that I ordered them from Amazon and that surprised her too. She said she was going to look into the clinic there getting them for patients post Bariatric surgery. I say cut out any of the clinics and buy this product from Amazon. There are a little big for me to swallow but I open the capsule and add it to my daily Premier Protein shake. I add a little milk to the shake to thin it out some and then add the contents of the capsule and shake really good. It hasn’t really got a flavor so you can’t taste it in the shake and that’s good. So I would say it doesn’t really have a flavor. I’m over 2 years post op and my routine blood work continues to be good and I’ve had consistent and great levels on everything. Definitely add this to your daily routine if you’ve had weight loss surgery. This supplement really works and the price is fantastic. I’ve ordered this 11 times since my surgery and will continue to do so

Has all the vitamins needed
My Dr recommended this for after my weight loss surgery. Make sure you need iron because this contains iron which can make it hard to use the restroom. Dr recommended and I take it daily. Doesn’t taste well though but according to my Dr, this is exactly what I need
