Great energy! Improved Performance!
This is a great workout supplement that suits my needs perfectly. The balance of sweetness and the absence of an aftertaste, combined with the energy boost it provides, seem to align well with my fitness routine. I am able to sustain longer, more intense workouts without experiencing fatigue or the dreaded energy crash. I can power through 45-60 minutes of heart pumping cardio and still have enough energy for 30 minutes of weight training. At first I was a little skeptical about purchasing this version of Mr. Hyde, as I’ve been a Mr. Hyde consumer for a couple years and it’s absolute the best pre-workout I’ve ever used. But lately I’ve been on a budget and looking for more affordable pre-workouts and after doing a little online browsing I found the Mr. Hyde Series Signature.Let’s start where every decision begins:1st: Price: for $22, it’s almost a no-brainer when it comes to the price. Majority of the well known pre-workouts I saw in stores and online websites were going for higher than this and the reviews were pretty mixed up. That’s where I made my first decision. (Specially being a ProSupps product, the lower price can’t never be related to quality, as they never fall short of always committing to deliver good supplements. Being $1 or $50, I’ve always gotten the best results with their products)2nd: Flavor: I’m very picky when it comes to supplement flavors, as I don’t chug it, I usually drink it on my way to the gym and by the time I get there, I should already have start to feel the effects. I went for the Blue Razz and when I make it, I like to put ice in my shaker too and the flavor was like drinking a snow-cone! Super easy to sip on, no after taste at ALL!3rd: Effects: (I had to wait to come and write this part of the review, as there was only one way to find out) I usually workout after I leave work and for me, I need something that will pick me up and literally CARRY me through the workout and Mr. Hyde did just that. I’ve been able to get a full 1:45hr workout full of energy, no crash! But most of all, the FOCUS still there. I have purchased this three times over the last two years, and it is honestly quite a good product. It tastes good, it gives tons of energy (I could only muster two thirds a scoop before getting heart palpitations), what more could you ask for?Sadly, over my time of using this product nearly 5 times a week for my daily workouts, I have come to find I have an extreme sensitivity to artificial sweeteners, to which this product is packed with sucralose. I don’t know if this sensitivity would have been developed without the use of this product, or if it is simply a marker of my aging body deciding it is done with me, but I cannot stomach a drop of this product anymore. A sip will destroy my stomach and ruin my next two days.Despite this tasting great, I recommend you find a product that doesn’t include a product that ravages peoples gut.
