I really liked this Oximeter purchased in April 2024 that I purchased another exact same in July 2024. I love the pearl pink color.It has worked perfectly until today, November 2024. I did all troubleshooting per leaflet and changed the batteries twice with BRAND NEW unopened batteries, but it still will not do any readings. It just shuts off as it does after 5-8 seconds automatically if you don’t use right away. I’m homebound and have one in the bedroom and the other in the living room along with my thermometer and blood pressure cuff. 2 of each so I always have handy even if I’m sedentary on a particular day.I’m hoping the company gets back to me, no response yet.I really like the product, hopefully it won’t happen to the other one. And I get a replacement or refund.
