Very accurate. I compared it to the one at the Dr’s office and mine read exactly same as theirs did on the finger next to where they placed theirs. They used the one on the blood pressure machine they use for taking vitals with.It does take a little longer to show the readings but I don’t mind that since it’s accuracy is right on.I would recommend this pulse oximeter to everyone.
