Tastes very fresh, not bad at all!
I searched for a long time to find a high quality fish oil supplement that wasn’t too expensive. The lemon cake flavor sounded intriguing, but I was a little worried it might be gross or seem like it was covering up a very fishy taste– it does not! It’s a very very slight, mild flavor. There is basically no fishy flavor, absolutely no gross fish burb grossness and the slight lemon cake flavor is pleasing. I prefer the liquid supplements to capsules because I don’t like having to swollow so many capsules (I take a number of other supplements too). If it has a fishy taste, it’s not fresh. I believe this is very fresh based on the taste and I appreciate the price point not being too high. It’s a large size bottle too.

Amazing how good it tastes
Pretty much life changing as far as me finally being able to take an omega 3 fish oil. Pills were always too big to swallow and almost always resulted in nastyfishy burps but no more!! Great tasting I take a spoonful straight from the bottle with no bad taste or indigestion. Hallelujah!!

Best product for my health
I rarely write a review, but this product is amazing. If there is one thing you should do for your health is buy Omega 3. I did not realize how deficient most of us are in Omega 3, because we mostly do not eat enough fish, specifically salmon. I tried everything in the way of Omega 3 supplements but the capsules are either too big, too hard, and for me, too difficult to swallow. When I found it in liquid form, it was a no brainer, I had to get it. There are several ways to take it, by spoon, or mixed in smoothies or coffee or tea. I like the spoonful way, because it’s easy to remember and it tastes great and does not leave an aftertaste or burping the product. As to what it has done for me, my doctor and my chiropractor have both asked me what I’m doing different, because the main thing, inflammation is all but gone. No more swollen feet, no more stomach problems. My bones according to my chiropractor seem more pliable, they do not crack. I used to have pain in my joints, that’s gone too. Try it, you won’t regret it. Also, do not expect immediate results. I have been on this for about 3 months and I can say that I noticed a difference after the first month.

After trying large soft gels (Rite aid) and another ligiid based brand (Barleans), this brand was the best.No fishy taste or fishy after taste like the other brand, more of a light cooking oil taste with a hint of lemon. Did not taste any fish at all. Again, Natural Force did not have any fishy taste and the added flavor is light. Very nice.Has the Lab results for batch you can look up. others did not.In research, for what it’s worth, some claims that fish oil should not have a fishy taste/smell. Unlike the other brand that hits you with a strong mango taste as well as a nasty fishy taste mixed in. Some claim the fishy smell is due to oxidation or turning rancid. Again, take what you find on the web with a grain of salt.The soft gels were hard to swallow. In cutting them open, I note a strong fishy smell.I drop the rating one star because bottle had a sticky substance on it, which I assume was fish oil from the bottling process that slipped through quality control. Appears the substance was on before the label was applied. Oil inside appeared clean, so I used it.Dr told me to try fish oil and see if it knocks down my high triglycerides. I will comment later on how it did.

It was a little more than I thought in terms of price for a 16oz but! It is really good. I made the mistake of eating it without anything and it was really strong of a taste! But inside a smoothie! If was really great!

The taste of this fish oil is a pleasant surprise. I have nothing bad to say about it. Iâm hyper vigilant about not letting it go rancid, so I keep it in the fridge. That may help the taste. I know it doesnât help the taste of regular fish oil.

It tastes horrible!
For a couple of years, I have used another brand of Omega-3 that I ordered here on Amazon. When I went to re-order, it had been changed such that it could only be purchased through Whole Markets and I didn’t want to go through that hassle so I searched for a replacement and found this one. In the morning, I make up a drink with super greens, turmeric, omega-3, etc. There was no bad taste until I started using this product. Not only does it make the drink taste terrible, but the after taste is difficult to get rid of Did I mention that I hate this product?
