Hope you’re having a good start to the new year, and thanks to all who have posted. So many posts are full of good info. I read mb13’s post too many times to count. So, in early August I discovered a lump on the left side armpit area of my breast along with some swelling. To say I freaked out to the nth degree is a huge understatement. In my research I saw this supplement and ordered it. I started out taking 1.5mg for a week then progressed each week until I got to about 3mg, sometimes 4 mg, but most 3 or 3.5mg. In the mornings I drank green tea fasted, mostly Bigelow’s matcha green tea which is mild enough not to upset my stomach. It has other herbs like turmeric and I still drink this after my workout in a fasted state. I then started adding turmeric capsules, about 1-2mg along with broccoli sprout extract. I eat a veggie salad most days when I break my fast and add beans, raw broccoli, cabbage, carrots and garlic. I then will eat some veggie soup and/or make my own protein shake. I eat a regular dinner with meat but minimize carbs and sweets. I went in for a 3D mammo and ultrasound of the left side mid Sept. Before I went I felt along that side and no longer felt the lump. The mammo was clear but the ultrasound showed an enlarged node. It wasn’t huge but they thought it was a reactive node due to a possible infection or reaction to something if you get my drift. As I knew the latter was not the case, they wanted to wait 3 months to see if anything changed. In the meantime the facility was able to get all my prior images back to 2015. I went back a few weeks ago and they only did the ultrasound as the mammo matches my prior screenings. The images also showed that same enlarged node back to 2015 with no change. The doc said whatever is going on is benign as there is no change with that node. Since there were no changes they recommended I continue to monitor and return for the regular screening in Sept. The swelling has reduced so we’ll see. I am 59 and am not on any meds currently. I should add I take country farms green powder after lunch as my multi with vitamin D-K2. I am still doing this and will continue. I do relax a little on the weekends which helps me stay consistent during the week. The lump is gone. Hope this helps someone out there. Hang in there.

This product truly works. Pap was positive for hpv last year. I read the reviews. Bought this and have been taking it on and off for a year. Test was negative this time! My DR said it was likely to pass on its own but i wanted the help with supplements. I didn’t just want to do nothing and “wait” which is how i even found these pills.

Folate & B12, Zinc, Green Tea and beta caratone pills so i literally bought everything. I was very inconsistent with the other pills after a while but this main one I would remember more so I do think it’ll work without the other pills. But again, I did have them and mix them from time to time. Super grateful for this supplement.
I still have a bottle left and even though my test was negative I’ll just finish it out due to the overall benefits. As well as all the other pills.
I can’t really swallow pills so i did chew it up each time and the taste wasn’t bad. Even if it was it’s for a purpose and i am glad i am clear again.

Product arrived quickly have been taking them for a couple of weeks so cant review whether its working or not yet but so far so good
