Works great
UPDATE:I purchased another one of these canopy’s for my other son’s Birthday. We put it up. It is easy to put together, the tarp is a nice thickness and so far has held up with the rain and wind we have had.I purchased this to give to my son for Christmas. I opened it to make sure everything was there. This will be used in Florida. This comes in a heavy duty box, all taped up and the bands around it are even taped. It is heavy. The box is 5′ 10 1/2″ long, 13 1/2″ across and 8″ high. The box is easy to open – you cut around it and the top pops off and can be put back on.It comes with directions/ parts list – but beware it has two different models in it.The poles come in plastic bags and have numbers on them, there is a bag with the anchors, bungee cords, rope and bolts. Then another bag with the base plates and the 3 and 4 way pieces are in the middle of the box. There was a sealed up box in mine but it was empty (it was for packing so the poles didn’t shift). The tarp was on top and in a plastic bag. It has grommets for hooking the bungee cords to the poles. It appears to be well made and didn’t have any holes. The poles have the to metal buttons that you push in and line up with the holes in the other pole. I did put two together and they fit well.

Good purchase, easy to reinforce and erect
I love this carport. Easy set up, I can even get full size pickup with roof rack under it- I wasnât expecting that. It is nicely heavy duty, but let me give you some pointer so that the wind does not ruin your purchase in very short order, because I will if you donât take an hour to add some reinforcements. Drill through the joints and add 2âx1/4â hex bolts (like the ones that come with it that attach the feet) You could also add self-tapping metal screws in some less important places. Do not rely on the snap through buttons to hold it all together long term. Also use weights on the corners , and beefier ground ties in the ground than the âtent spikesâ that come with it. Those are worthless, as are the snap through buttons. I used 14â long lag bolts, drove in to the ground with an impact wrench.I will be adding some arch supports as well soon ( 1/2â aluminum angle metal) to add more beef. The canopy is strong and heavy duty as it is, but high winds will pick it up – so whenever you need to, fold the canopy over to one end, it only takes ten minutes. And add the extra bolts, weights and tie downs for regular use and you will see it will last a very long time and keep itself together.g

Poor Quality, Poor Customer Service
We initially bought this product in April of 2023. The product worked fine for about 11 months, but due to some strong wind, the canopy ended up ripping around March of 2024, where I emailed Quictent’s customer support and asked for a replacement. They let me know that because the damage was from weather, it was not covered under warranty, so we would have to pay for a replacement. We paid the $60 that was asked for a replacement, where we were shipped the item after about a week. Fast forward to now, and the canopy has ripped once again, but this time, no heavy wind or weather lead to the canopy ripping. I’ve emailed customer support again twice asking for help to resolve this issue, but have been met with silence. Do not buy unless you are ok with a canopy that will rip in less than a year and are ok with unresponsive customer service.
Loose Cannon –
Great until Failure. Now to test the warranty and company.
I bought this canopy for my business in May ’18 to cover a couple of picnic tables. Setup was easy enough if you have a couple of extra hands. I also picked up a couple of ground anchors that I secured the canopy to so it would not get blown away. The canopy and everything worked as expected and looked great up until 9-20-18. Some weather was moving in and a gust of wind came by and caused catastrophic failure of 5 of the 6 poles at approximately the same locations depending on the side.Looking at the pictures it seems some weak points can be identified and possibly strengthed. I have a 10×10 commercial tent next to it that has been through equivalent and worse and is still functional. The failures are near the canopy frame and the poles. I have initiated a dialogue with Quictent given their warranty info provided here. I will update as this moves along. I will happily up the stars and this review depending on the results of my interchange with the company.EDIT: October 12th. A couple of things to add to this review. I did submit a warranty claim after posting this review and did receive a response from the customer service. I am pleased with their response and after sending them the same pictures I posted here they committed to sending out parts. The final email email, after confirming that I need replacement poles and connectors (not a cover) said they are sending out a cover. I interpreted this to mean they are sending me a complimentary cover/canopy in addition to the poles/connectors that I needed. The shipment arrived but I did not check the contents until the following week. They only sent me a cover. I have to laugh at this as the only subject of the entire email chain was about failed poles and connectors, not a canopy issue. I sent a follow up email back to them and they apologized and sent the replacement poles and connectors. They did arrive last week after the previous snafu. I haven’t tried to set it up again as I haven’t been able to get back to the location where I use it.Overall, I would rate the product 4* because their customer service seems to be above average and they do respond and take care of things. I would mention that, either their company is foreign based, or their customer service is outsourced from the US. Take note of Andy’s response below which appears to be from the company and the poor English in the comment. This is on par with what I encounter in the correspondence with their customer service. As far as Andy’s response and the statement that I they attempted to reach out to me with no response, I’d have to say that did not happen. I never received an unsolicited response outside of the initial email chain that I initiated with the company. I checked spam/junk folder as well. I will be generous and say that they must have had “badâcontact information through Amazon for my account. The company did redeem themselves through their customer service and warranty of the product. I think the product could use some improvement in the future, but this does not appear to be a “long or intermediate useâ canopy. I would still consider buying this again and/or recommending it to friends. Solid customer service goes a long way with me.

Easy set to set up
Love how easy this was to set up and it seems to be of good quality. Just wish the poles would be one piece instead of 2 this would make it more resistant to wind. Height and width are perfect.

Carport Canopy
This is huge and very sturdy. I needed it for the winter to cover my car, and it works like a charm. I have an Outlander and it fits underneath perfectly.
