Fit well, good value
Got these to go clam digging. Fit well and slipped right into my rubber boots. Sock is not to bulky and they kept my feet warm. They are water proof but feel fine to wear against my skin. Now I donât have an accuse for not going with my husband on the night clam digs at the ocean.

These socks are definitely my new favorites. Theyâre very waterproof warm Thick and comfortable. They were well Worth the money. We just started going caving and I needed some waterproof socks for the journey. They did the job perfectly and my feet have not gotten wet since I purchased them. Iâm very happy with these socks. Are used to get blisters on my feet, but I havenât Since I got these socks. Theyâre definitely durable and hold up to the task.

Not really waterproof
Went on a hike in the Narrows of Zion Park. Water does come thru the sock. Its more like a wet suit. A thin layer of water gets in and you body keeps it warm. I think it would work for steps in puddles on hikes or walking in the snow where it gets inside your boot. Not really for being fully submerged for an extended period of time. It is however very comfortable.

I tested them in bathtub and I stayed dry!!
I love these socks. They are hard to put on but they are comfortable. I got in the bathtub and sprayed my legs with cold water. I could feel the cold water but the inside is completely dry, my feet are dry and my legs. I thought it would only be the feet that would be waterproof but the whole sock is dry on the inside. As far as fit, they remind me of compression socks but they are comfortable. I bought these for snowblowing the driveway when snow gets inside my boots.

They’re Not Waterproof
I fish from a kayak, and I was tired of getting wet feet all the time, so I bought these. On my first trip, I felt like there was some moisture in the socks. I turned them inside out, and found them to be slightly damp. I then took them and held them under a faucet for a few minutes–no leaks. These socks are very heavy and thick, so I’m assuming the moisture I’m feeling is from my feet sweating.. On my third trip, the socks leaked. I put them under the faucet again, and the inside of the sock was soaked.

I did not get to try them in a stream yet but I did check them in a sink full of water. I put one of the socks on my arm as far as it would go and held my arm under water for about 30 seconds. I pulled my arm out of the water and removed the sock. My arm was dry. The sock was dripping wet but dried nicely in a cloths dryer set to warm. So that tells me that the outer is not water proof but the inner layer is. Because of my test, I have no reason to think they will fail using them with my water shoes walking in a stream.. I highly recommend them .
