I am a hard-core gym goer/weightlifter and have used protein powder for years. This is by far the best tasting protein powder. I havenât bought any other protein since using MRE Lite Iâve tried strawberry, snickerdoodle, peanut butter, cookie, raspberry cheesecake, and others, and all of them are delicious. I love that they have a blend of real, whole food ingredients and that they use things like beet powder for coloring for the strawberry flavors instead of artificial food dyes.

Great alternative to whey
Tastes good and is light on my stomach. Whey is too heavy on my stomach, I get bloated and feel sick with whey but this stuff does this trick with a sacrifice to how much protein I get per serving of course. I usually take 2 scoops to get around 48g of protein per shake, so it only lasts me about a half month, not super sustainable financially but it is what it is, gotta get them gains.

I use MRE Lite & MRE isotope both in chocolate & love them! I was hesitant to try peanut butter cookie because other peanut butter protein powders I have tried didnât taste like pb but this does! Mixes well and digests easily. Love it!

This powder mixes with water completely. I put an once of milk. It’s not exactly ice cream truck strawberry shortcake but it’s a good flavor. No gas or bloating for me. I use it once a day with 2 scoops . I’m satisfied with it but the blueberry cobbler is way better. So ill probably try another flavor next. If you want a 120 calorie low sugar amazing flavor alternative to something sweet this is a good option. Tried the chocolate, strawberry shortcake and the blueberry cobbler. They were all good.

This tastes amazing. But if I follow the serving size it’s very thin when blended, and I’m still hungry. It’s more of a drink than a meal replacement. Everytime I’m drinking it, I somehow want to eat even more. And if you add enough to actually make it a shake not a drink, then you might as well eat a cake. Bc the serving size to nutritional facts presented… should be 4x what it is.

Idea: try mixing it using cold water and a milk frother/electric whisk. It whips up into a milkshake consistency and it’s SUPER good.Every other protein powder I’ve tried since this has tasted awful in comparison. This stuff is the best, barely any chalkiness and none of the stomach upset or sour aftertaste of other protein powders. It also digests very slowly, so it keeps me full for longer than other protein supplements.
