Great way to start your regimen
I got this ‘RELIFE REBUILD YOUR LIFE AB Workout Machine Abdominal Trainer Foldable Ab Cruncher’ to help tighten up my abs, because going to the gym to use their equipment isn’t as convenient as it used to be.The set-up is pretty easy and to the point. I had mine up and running in about a half hour, more or less. It doesn’t take up a lot of space and it’s foldable.The motion is pretty good once you get a feel for how the machine works. I can’t do crunches anymore due to back problems, but this nifty machine works my abs in ways that don’t put that kind of pressure on my spine. So far I’ve been using it in a straightforward way according to the video in the listing, but I’m already developing a few ways of my own for customizing my regimen and targeting other muscle groups.So far I’m liking what I’m getting out of this thing and I see a bright future with tighter abs.

Compact & you can feel it. It works!
Might look like a lot of parts, but it’s honestly a pretty easy & quick assembly. Took me roughly 10 minutes from unpacking to fully put together and ready to use it. Not tough at all.As far as workouts go, this ab slider is pretty darn self explanatory. Grab the hold of the handle bars, kneel on the lower pads and start crunching. Multiple levels of height adjustment to increase/decrease the intensity (lower/flatter positions are easier, higher ones are obviously more difficult). No rubber bands or anything else to adjust. Workout timer/rep counter starts up automatically the moment you start moving the machine. And when you’re all finished, it folds up flat for storage out of the way against the wall. Really clears up the floor space!!I see this living a long life in our house. Here’s hoping it brings back my abs!

Sturdy. Holds a lot of weight
The RELIFE REBUILD YOUR LIFE AB Workout Machine Abdominal Trainer is entirely too advanced for my level of unfitness, but for someone who already has enough muscle to slide this thing up, it would probably be really good. I could barely move the slider thing.Putting it together wasn’t that simple for me. I thought I was missing a few screws and bolts, but, one set of the screws are already screwed into one of the parts and another set of screws don’t need a bolt because it screws directly into the metal.I think I am going to bring this out ever day or two for one of my challenges. It will take a long time for me to be able to move this using my abs.

Great for core muscles
This training equipment helps strengthen your arm and abdominal muscles. My husband is a gym regular, but I’m not. It took him less than 30 min to put it together and exercising on it is a breeze for him. He really enjoys it and moved it in the bedroom, for morning training. I, on the other hand, struggled to get the lower part to move initially, then got the hang of it, but couldn’t do more than 1 minute of exercising. I am determined to gradually increase that over the next days though. So far, this looks like a great at home training machine and I’m exploring more ways to use it as a beginner.

Perfect for my home gym!!
This took a while to assemble due to the instructions being Chinese translated and not the best but I am extremely impressed with how great this machine is for the price point. I absolutely love the size of it and the way the angles can be adjusted. The padding is absolutely perfect. It is super comfortable for my knees and I was worried about that because I struggle with my bony knees on certain machines. It slides easily but is a very intense ab workout. I love that it folds up flats and is lightweight to carry but it feels sturdy and solid when I am using it. My husband that weighs 215lb and is 6’2″ was able to fit on it just fine along with my 8-year-old so this is very versatile. I’ve used much much more expensive versions of this at the gym but honestly this feels like it works just as great.

This works absolutely amazing! It was very easy to set up, and it does exactly what it says it will. You can fill the burn. You definitely get the value for your money and I would recommend this especially if you have a workout room. 5âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸
