Beyond my expectations
I’m a 60 Year old female and devices to curl ones hair have certainly changed since I was in high school. I did purchase an amazing grooved slated straightener and a diffuser for this wild hair of mine in an attempt to mange long, slightly frizzy wavy hair. I want “big” waves for a formal I will attend next month. I watched countless on-line videos. One gal recommended this wand. A wand is certainly different than the curling irons I grew up with. I am getting my hair cut in long layers next week but I couldn’t wait to try it out when it arrived today. Holy cow! Unbelievable results. I wrapped sections of my hair around the wand, then gently pulled the wand out and let each section cool off. I ran my fingers through the sections fearing frizz. I am in shock. I cannot believe what my hair is doing. My hair isn’t even layered yet but the long sections of hair are beautiful and big waves. I do stress about wearing the glove provided. I wasn’t paying close attention and burned the middle of my pinky. I cannot recommend this wand enough. I didn’t have to hold the wand long in order to make a great curl.

I cannot say enough about how good this thing is! I’ve never used a curling wand before, and now I know that my whole hair-styling life was just incomplete without this.It took a few tries to master the technique (placement, time, rotation, volume of each section of hair, etc) but once I got the hang of it….wow. Let me preface this with saying that I really don’t normally curl my hair. I have in the past, but it’s not my go-to style and I only have a 1″ Conair wand to compare this one too, so I can’t really speak to how this holds up against other wider barrel wands or fancier wands.For the price, I’d say this is a decent choice. It gets HOT (the default setting is more than hot enough to curl my straight hair), heats up fast and creates loose curls in a matter of seconds. It’s easy to use, it’s cute and it’s good for more casual hairstyles.There are a few things that aren’t great, but again, you can’t really expect a $25 curling wand to knock it out of the park. Side note: Not sure how many of these issues are because of the wand and how many are because of the styling products I use, but I tend to buy higher end serums so I think it’s more likely to be the want. The beautiful loose curls (beach wave-like) you get at first only last a few hours at most – my hair doesn’t go completely flat, but by the end of the day I have really gentle waves that look decent enough that I don’t feel ashamed at work, but definitely don’t look styled (and I use strong hold hairspray!). Also, my hair frizzes up fast – it usually takes a few hours for the frizziness to hit (around when the curls fall out), so that could be my hair/other products rather than the wand.Overall, I’d say that I’m glad I got this – it’s a good “entry level” wand for curling novices like myself. If you’re looking to upgrade your current wand, I’d probably get something a bit higher end.

Okay so I have both of the wands, big and small, and I love both of them! Reason I have both is because I like the curls they give me and don’t want the same kind every day. I got the smaller one for Christmas and ordered the bigger one right after and they are amazing. I know a lot of people wonder which size to get so I curled the sides of my hair with both wands and that’s what happened. The bigger one is more for like loose waves while the smaller one is curlier. Before I asked for a wand (these are my first wands I’ve ever used and owned) I watched a ton of YouTube tutorials on styles and such so you could do that to get a good idea. But DEFINETLY get these wands. They’re inexpesive with long lasting curls and a nice smooth barrel. And a tip for curling your hair is that unless you want the curls/waves to blend together like in my picture try alternating which way you curl. Like curl away from your face, then towards your face, and so on. Also be wary of how big your sections are because that definetly affects the outcome of your curl. I strongly recommend these wands and I got these on my own without an offer for my review so I am unbiased. I just really love these wands and these curls!!

Oh My Goodness! I’m in love! I have naturally thick, curly and crazy hair and wanted a curling iron that would #1 work, #2 be efficient, and #3 be easy to use! I did my research and found this one, and it did not disappoint! My curls feel soft and natural (Not dry like when using some irons), it heated super quick and its actually kind of cute (I was worried about it being pink because thats not really my thing, but its more of a soft mauve-pink). I feel it gives you a lot of control and options for how you want your curls to look.The only thing I would suggest is when using the wand to hold it closer to the base of the handle. This baby gets really, really hot and just placing my index finger over the hole with the screw on the back of the handle near the barrel had enough heat to give me a little burn. Nothing terrible, but just good to be aware of.As usual, amazon shipped the product in record timing! = One happy online shopper 😀

Es de muy buena calidad, la cerámica es muy suave y el color es lindo. No maltrata el cabello y lo deja brillante. Viene con un guante que igual se calienta pero si protege algo, asà es que no compren guante por separado.
