Both my girls play softball and had been looking at arm bands when I found these, love the color difference and they really like them!! Like the different weights bands and the small exercise pamphlet to get them started!! Happy with the quality and arrived quickly.

Durable, but limited range of motion
I bought these because I wanted to try a different type band. Most bands are made of tubed rubber, but these are fabric-coated bungees. I was hoping that this product would be just as versatile as the rubber tubes, but they are not. While the fabric coating on these bungees will likely improve their durability, the range where you get consistent resistance is much tighter than the tubed variety. If you’re looking for workout bands, I would recommend a tubed product, although you can get some utility from these fabric-coated bands.

Easy to set up- Easy to use!
I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to set up and begin using right away. Had a good workout and was able to put it back into the included bag without a lot of time or trouble. I liked the colored bungie cords and was able to add tension by adding another cord within a few seconds. I personally liked that I could attach it to any door and create a workout routine anywhere in the house and even take it with me when I travel. Takes up very little room and has so much potential.

Nice set
Initially was looking for handles for tubes I already had obtained . Was able to get the set for just couple bucks more that included handles , ankle bands , and anchor device for doorways. Tubes have a cloth like covering that hopefully make them more durable . Done with buying bands that have consistently snapped after couple months use . Kit comes in a bag . Very packable to bring your âgymâ with you .

I had had my previous set of bands (Reebok) for quite some time so I thought it was time for some new ones and bought these.3 sets into my first training session the band broke. They are not fit for purpose and should be avoided. It looks like the same product is sold on here under multiple names so buyer beware.It was as if the door anchor just cut through the band.Hopelss
