They do provide good resistance. Keep them out of the sun and they ought to last for a while. I’m pleased with the purchase.After 6 uses the bands began to crack and break. They (at least the ones I have) are not very good. And I just missed the return window. Grrrrr. Revised my previous review because the company honored their 100% satisfaction guarantee and replaced the defective band with a whole new set of bands.
