Effective Fitness Tool
Resistance bands are a terrific tool for building special strength. At first I was concerned that the heaviest band was inadequate for maximum resistance compared to previous sets. However, you can combine multiple bands at once. They provide all the resistance a big guy can handle.I use them for triceps extensions, usually wrapped around a tree. These work perfectly.
