Doing their job
These are nice bands. I’m trying to get myself back in shape after not only an injury but then an illness. These are nice ways for me to just anytime I want around the house pop out a band and do a little exercise. They seem sturdy enough and are working fine. Time will tell about their longevity but they’re inexpensive enough that if they break down after a year or two I won’t mind buying new ones

Bought these for my grandson. They are of good quality and provide the resistance needed to help get him in shape for the football team. Very convient and don’t take up much space.

Don’t last long
Bought these for physical therapy exercises. I got about 3 months of use 2-3 times per week out of them before the red band broke. It is the one I used the most, but the bands come folded and rolled. The band split where it was folded and eventually broke. The other 3 seem to be holding up better – but they have not been used as much. I know I’m not over stretching them as it is the same weight band as I use with my physical therapist.
