About RESPeRATE
RESPeRATE is a non-drug medical device and natural blood pressure reducer that relaxes constricted blood vessels that cause high blood pressure. RESPeRATE is FDA-cleared; has over 250,000 users enjoying the benefit; and is recommended by over 30 books on lowering blood pressure naturally.
Clinically Validated to Significantly Lower Blood Pressure
RESPeRATE’s safety and efficacy for lowering blood pressure was validated in 19 separate clinical studies published in peer-reviewed medical journals. An independent scientific statement issued by US top hypertension experts who systematically reviewed non-pharmacological treatments for lowering blood pressure concluded that the EVIDENCE FROM CLINICAL TRIALS AND META-ANALYSES SUGGESTS THAT RESPeRATE CAN SIGNIFICANTLY LOWER BLOOD PRESSURE.

Physicians around the country recommend RESPeRATE to their patients. Working with their doctors, many RESPeRATE users have been able to avoid additional medications, reduce dosage, and, in some cases, eliminate them. How It Lowers Blood Pressure
RESPeRATE relaxes constricted blood vessels by harnessing the therapeutic power of slow-paced breathing with prolonged exhalation in a way that is virtually impossible to achieve on your own. All you have to do is breathe along with RESPeRATE’s guiding tones.
See below. RESPeRATE is fully adaptive. Should you not follow the tones, RESPeRATE will adjust the melody to sync with you and begin the slowing process again.
Using RESPeRATE
Attach the Breathing Sensor Belt
After turning on the device, the sensor picks up your breathing pattern and transforms it into tones that gradually lead to prolonged exhalation and slow breathing.
Listen to the Guiding Tones
Wear the earbuds and hear the tones. With each prolonged exhalation, constricted blood vessels are relaxed and blood pressure is lowered.
Breathe Along
RESPeRATE leads you to the therapeutic zone of fewer than 10 breaths per minute with prolonged exhalation. RESPeRATE is fully adaptive; the melody will be adjusted if tones are not being followed and the process will start again.
What can one expect
As shown in a published review of its initial 7 clinical trials, RESPeRATE lowers high blood pressure by an average of 14 points systolic and 8 points diastolic, with top 10% reductions of 36/20 points.
The review also demonstrated that the more you use RESPeRATE the larger the blood pressure reduction. Importantly, RESPeRATE will not over-reduce blood pressure; it has a normalizing effect, which means you can use it as many times as you wish.
Provided it is used for the recommended time, blood pressure will remain low between sessions.
Customer Support is included
RESPeRATE product specialists are available by phone for technical or any other issue, regardless if you bought on Amazon or elsewhere. Resperate Inc. is 100% committed to lowering blood pressure naturally.
What is the recommended course of treatment for RESPeRATE?
Clinical studies have shown that RESPeRATE delivers significant blood pressure reductions when it is used for 15 minutes at a time, at least four times per week, to attain 40 or more minutes per week of slow breathing (<10 breaths per minute) with prolonged exhalation.
Additional use has been shown to further lower blood pressure, and there is no danger of using the device too much. So, we recommend using RESPeRATE daily.
How long before I see the effects of RESPeRATE, and how long does it last?
In clinical trials, most patients saw significant results after just three to four weeks of treatment. Further reductions accumulate with consistent use. Clinical studies show that RESPeRATE can provide a sustained all-day reduction in blood pressure with regular use.
As with other physical exercises, the benefits will not be maintained over time without continued routine use. Compliance is good as most patients find RESPeRATE relaxing and pleasant to use.
Can RESPeRATE replace my medications?
Working with their doctors, many RESPeRATE users have been able to avoid additional medications, reduce dosage, and in some cases eliminate them. Please note, we strongly recommend that you do not modify your hypertension treatment without the advice and consent of your doctor.

Sensor Belt Issue Fixed! Great customer service
Iâve always had low blood pressure. However, my blood pressure became high for some reason. It went even higher at the doctorâs office due to my nervousness about the numbers.
I want to avoid taking medications and the RESPeRATE Device promised to lower blood pressure naturally. I made the investment and bought the basic device without the backlit screen. If I could do it again, Iâd buy the RESPeRATE Deluxe Duo Blood Pressure Lowering Device – 2 -Person Compatible, Backlit Screen.
I enjoyed the relaxing breathing experience until I began to have MAJOR issues with the Breathing Sensor Belt. It kept repeating the two sayings âTighten the Sensor Beltâ immediately followed by âLoosen the Sensor Beltâ.
It drove me crazy and OFF the device!
Eventually, I decided to call Customer Service to discuss my problem and options. I didnât want to throw all that money away.
I spoke to a man in RESPeRATE Customer Support. He was terrific. He asked me why I didnât call earlier! He said the problem was the sensor, not the device.
Then he sent me a new Breathing Sensor Belt for free! Iâm back using RESPERATE.
Tip: I discovered the breath detection rate is best if I wear a thick shirt rather than a thin shirt. Sometimes I wrap a folded sweatshirt around my waist and then put the sensor belt over it. It always works!!!

Lower your blood pressure with peaceful musicmusical
This portable breathing guide plays soft sounds while encouraging breathing in and out for 20 minute instructions. It is easy to use with a strap around the chest to measure breathing while you relax and earphones for listening to instructions. It is lightweight and compact for storing after each use. It uses 4 AAA batteries which I only changed once in daily use over 6 months.

Excellent idea. Terrible design
I have had the device for almost three weeks and use it daily. When working properly, I find it very relaxing and helpful to wind down the day. I donât know how it does with lowering blood pressure but deep breathing is a great way to relieve stress and improve your mental health. For the first two weeks the device worked great but for the past week, it has been impossible to adjust the belt. It continuously repeats tighten the belt or loosen the belt over and over. Even when I donât tighten the belt a second later it will say loosen the belt. It is so frustrating and no longer relaxing. For a $400 piece of equipment, youâd think theyâd invest in a sturdier strap that works appropriately. I will be returning this and wait for them to improve the quality before ordering again.

Works well but
not for me. I need to use it on my right arm. It is advertised as compatible with right arm use. However, I found it very hard to tighten up and get in the right position on my arm. I also found the arm band too wide for my upper arm. The length of my upper arm, from elbow to armpit, was too short to allow for the 1″ clearance on either side of the cuff which is required for proper use. I had to return it. It worked well and was properly calibrated, tsted against the doctor’s. I did like the feature that allowed the info to go to my phone, to save or print out. But the fit was for a larger person.

Resperate’s Additional Benefits: Also Great For Athletes And Fitness Conscious Folks
Hi all: Mine is a very important review for anybody who cares about radiant health and living a long life. In taking the time to write a long review, I am trying to help everybody out there because the data I’ve complied is compelling.
As of a few months ago, I had never heard of Resperate. Now I have got to be its most vociferous supporter. Indeed, I have been very careful to attach three android screen shots of the recent activity in what is called my HRV Variability index, which I track carefully because it’s a sign of radiant health. The higher the HRV reading, the better. I am 62 years of age and unfortunately developed high blood pressure two years ago: I collapsed at one point with a 190/100 incident. No herb was able to control the hypertension once it started and the medication only worked partially. My father had hypertension in his 30s and I guess it’s genetic. I developed this disease even though I exercise with an intensity that is akin to a professional athlete, with two hours per day of cross-fit training that is very intense: often involving a 300 lb. bench press and ten 100 yard sprints after an hour on the Peloton. Nonetheless, the blood pressure medication has been worrying me (I like herbs and hate medication), so my wife (nearly 30 years younger than me and a very special caring influence on my life) purchased Resperate for me a couple months ago. Surely I had my doubts about this product. How could it possibly work? It isn’t diet. It isn’t exercise. It isn’t anything. Boy was I wrong. The Resperate experience has changed my life and the attached screen shots prove it because they can neither be “faked” nor otherwise made up. If one simply listens to the voice instructions and the guiding tone for about 12 minutes five times a week then what is going to happen, in my view, is not only that his or her blood pressure problem will improve but his or her heart will become much stronger. And it will happen quickly. Just look at the screen shots. At 62 years of age, my HRV variability has gone from the 40s and 50s (which is normal for my age) to the 60s and 70s (which is like a youngster). And it has happened in just a couple months. This means that I have the ability to handle any stress that might attack my body just as a healthy teenager could handle it. Now here’s the important point: I’ve always exercised just like I’m exercising now. But my HRV never reacted like this. It’s the Resperate that’s making the difference. I tested this concept by actually measuring HRV Variability DURING a Resperate session and the HRV has always gone off the charts. The reading of 72 shows this (see the second screenshot) but I’ve done it on a few other occasions and the same thing happens. Because I am obsessed with radiant health, I then did significant independent research and examined the clinical Resperate studies. There is only one possible conclusion: Resperate is essentially a very efficient form of meditation that is more efficacious than regular meditation — even transcendental meditation. I am not just guessing about my conclusions. I have actually studied the breathing and intellectual/mind methods used in both, and Resperate’s breathing and process is less hindering/more “freeing,” and the activity associated with Resperate has proven more effective for me. If anybody reading this review cares deeply not just about their hypertension but also about radiant health, they would seriously consider incorporating Resperate into their life knowing full well that a stronger heart and better blood pressure control will result. By the way, I am nearly off the medication and will stop taking it altogether in October! Good luck and a sincere wish of radiant health to all.

Could be better quality
As many others have noticed, the belt doesn’t stay at the correct tightness and there are frequent notifications to tighten and loosen the belt, which is very difficult when the belt is on. I don’t know how anyone’s blood pressure will go down when the user is being frustrated. Also, to keep the session to a reasonable time, it helps a lot to voluntarily start breathing slowly at the beginning of the session, rather than having to wait a long time for the machine to gradually slow the breathing rate. Finally, I can’t tell if it really works or not, because my blood pressure sometimes is lower and sometimes not. Following up: After about a year, it is now telling me to tighten and then to loosen the sensor belt constantly without my even adjusting it at all. It no longer gets to the point where it begins to function.

I used Resperate for about 2 months. It is effective for me (combined with other things). The device main function is to change one’s breathing pattern. It has a small detector with light elastic strap placed over the diaphragm AND earphones playing music and telling you when to breath IN and OUT. It measures your breathing per minute (BPM) and through the quiet music with specific rhythm/instructions decreases your BPM to about 5-6 (at the end of the session). My BPM was initially 14-15, during the use it slowly decreases it to 10 and from there starts the `Therapeutic zone’ which takes about 15 minutes and ends with BPM 5. This way each session is about 15-20 minutes. Usually one needs a session every second day. It is relaxing and gradually applies longer breathing-out periods. I used Resperate together with weight reduction and various vitamins with Omega 3 (no other medications). Initially my blood pressure was varying 160-175 to 95-100. After a month it was varying 130-145 to 80-85. After each Resperate session I noticed my Blood pressure (systolic) dropped with about 10-15 mm Hg. However a friend using the same Resperate had his Blood pressure RAISED with 10-15 mm Hg after each session. It appeared that his initial (normal) BPM was 5-6 and the device was actually giving him breathing directions to increase his BPM to 10 and after this slowly decrease it to 5… From this limited experience I think that if one measures (roughly) his BPM and it is above 12, one would have bigger chance to have positive effect from Resperate. However if one’s BPM is less than 7-8, one would have lesser change to benefit from Resperate. I hope this brief reflection could be useful to others – I did not find such description when I intended to buy the device – Resperate is very expensive for what it is (as electronic device it would hardly cost more than 50 USD plus another 50 for the idea – i.e. it must be at least half its price)… BTW using the device `For two users’ is useless as it can not be used simultaneously, just memorises your previous BPM (what one can write on paper…).

Having had an ANS problem for some time now, and after talking to my physician, I purchased Resperate to help me better regulate my blood pressure and breathing pattern/rate. I’ve only used it a handful of times so far, and thus can’t really comment on the blood pressure control side of things, but I can definitely say that becoming aware of one’s breathing and gradually relaxing and lowering it the breathing rate; stress seems to just melt away…. After using this product I felt calm, centred and energetic for hours! I would definitely recommend this to a friend!
Mrs M Burke –
Was a little sceptical when I ordered this, but it seems to be working. Been using it for quite a few weeks and my blood pressure is back to normal. I found it a little tricky the first few times I used it to get my breathing right but you just need to relax and go with it! and try not to fall asleep!

I received my Resperate exactly one month ago today and have been using it regularly since then. I am doing about 10 fifteen minute sessions a week. I had stopped my medication about two weeks befor because of unbearable side effects. My diastolic pressure befor using the Resperate was 160 – 180. Now it is between 130 and 145 so I am very pleased and optomistic. My GP is happy for me to give the Resperate a good chance to work befor we decide if I should try medication again. I really enjoy my time on the Resperate and feel so refreshed and relaxed afterwards. I have experienced more restful sleep as well. So far a very satisfied customer.
Mrs. J. R. Meheux –
I ordered the RESPeRATE from Amazon and it came very quickly. I just hope that this product will lower my blood pressure, as I do not want to take prescription drugs for ever. It is quiite easy to do, and quite relaxing. Obviously it will not bring the pressure down immediately but hopefully it will be down by the time I visit the Doctor next month.
