This is my favorite eyeliner! Charcoal is nice because it is not too harsh on your eyes. However, the one eyeliner arrived damaged at the top (the sharpener no longer stays in and it is cracked down the length of the pencil). Other than that, the product is usually good quality.

Nice color but eyeliner broke off into cap
I liked this eyeliner before I lost most of it in the cap. The color is nice, not too dark or light and it went on smoothly without hurting my eyelid. But after about 2 weeks about an inch of the eyeliner broke off and got stuck in the cap. I tried to get it out but it’s wedged in there. Now the rest of the eyeliner doesn’t wind up anymore and just falls back into the main holder. Can’t really use anymore. 🙁

I have been using Revlonâs color stay eyeliner for years. I always ordered in black/brown, and has no issues. This is the first time I ordered it in black. The black formulation seems very different. The liner is softer, glides on easily, however, this has become a con for me as it seems to break with almost every use…..then I am looking on the floor for that little chunk of black that broke off the pencil. The liner does live up to its name, lasts a very long time, no smudging or fading…..a huge plus!This is a highly pigmented eyeliner, and does have great color payoff, I would recommend the black/brown over the black.

This Revlon eyeliner is the first one I’ve found that glides on smoothly with no pulling or tugging. It stays put and so far hasn’t migrated under the eyes. The charcoal color is more of a bluish gray but that suits me fine since I don’t like a really dark eyeliner.
