Great addition to camping first aid kit.
Light weight, Seems like good quality. I didn’t even know they made these, but it was a good value and could be invaluable in an emergency ( we’re pretty hard on ourselves when we camp and hike). I have already had to cut a bit off for a quick splint for a puppy’s sprained leg until we could get to the vet. very easy to cut, functioned great and the soft, moldable design made it easy on the pups foot. (Much better than popsicle sticks ð)

Compact and lightweight
Bought this for my search and rescue pack, they come in their own case all compact and super lightweight. Luckily havenât had a need to use them but I have them if so and Iâll update my review after that

Must have for hunters and hikers. Packs well
Good value. We carry them when we hunt hike, or horseback. Nice case. Remove the ones you don’t likely need by activity and add some paracord, gauze and bleed stop. Good to go explore

Great addition to a medical kit
If youâre tromping around in the woods, you need a good med kit which includes one of these. It would be easy to use in an emergency. I hope I never have to use it, but am glad I have it.

Thank god I haven’t had to use it
Overall I would say this is a great thing to have in your pack if you are hiking into back country or far from help. Thankfully I haven’t had to use it but it would do the trick if I needed it. Keep in mind it does not come with any straps or tape to secure it so you may need to pick something up for this to be useful

Stabilizes broken bones well!
My husband bought this to replace the one he used on a little boy who broke his arm near us. He splinted the compound fracture so that the arm was safely able to be transported to the hospital. The nurses and doctors at the hospital were all impressed by the splint and the splinting job done and said it held his arm very well for the traveling and no further damage was done.

Awesome full size splint suitable for any IFAK
This thing is big, compact, very visible, and light. It doesn’t fit in my IFAK I have on my EDC bag, but it fits perfectly in my 6×6 pouch. If you’re Active Duty, First Responder, or have experience with flexible splints, this is an awesome item to have just in case!

Do they give enough support to immobilize a broken bone?
I love this stuff! I used some on my elderly mother’s finger near a joint. It was easy to apply and molded to her hand well. I am glad I have it in my first aid kit.
