Good product but..
Ordered this for the clean ingredients but like others have stated this produces quite a bit of burps and they have a fishy taste. Still would recommend though as this is the only multivitamin I have found with good, transparent ingredients.

Great Multi Vitamin
I was a little skeptical about this multivitamin, but my wife uses the women’s multi so I figured I’d give it a shot. It’s a great multi vitamin that is easy to swallow and definitely seems to cover all the bases for what I need. The only slight downside is the flavor. Mint isn’t bad if you’re drinking it with water, but taking the pills with coffee in the morning may not be the best decision you make.

What fish burps?
Not sure what all the comments about horrible fish burps are talking about? If your constantly burping, thats cause for potentially a hole set of other issues that need to be addressed but if you do find yourself burp after consuming, there is a faint fishy smell to your burp. Not taste. Theres no bad after taste. Just faint smell that immediately goes away. At least in my case. Which was quickly forgotten about at the reminder that the smell was not some artificial preservative trapped in just about every other multi I’ve ever had. 1 month in, I give 5 stars.

Literally almost died taking these because they buoyant!
The pills are too large for the amount of Vitamins and Supplements inside. Because of this they float in your mouth. I have been taking them for 6 days and today I almost die or felt like I was going to die because of that. I tried to swallow the pill with water already in my mouth, but because the pill is buoyant, it floated into my nasal cavity and then it went back down into my left lung vemtrical and it actually obstructed my left lung. Meaning that I could only get 50% of the oxygen I normaly get. I called police actually had to have one of my friends drive me to the local fire department. And after about 3 hours, the pill finally dissolved and I was able to take a full breath. I will never be taking one of theses pills ever again and I am thinking about taking legal action because there is no warning. If you ever have had a hard time swallowing pills do yourself a favor and don’t get these I can swallow up to 6 solid pills at once but not just one of these.

I’m horrible at taking vitamins as a middle aged guy. These came well recommended, so I gave them a shot. Overall, I’m happy with them and am continuing use. I’d say they are a bit hard to swallow because the casings are quite sticky. The aftertaste is horrible. I keep burping up a raw fish taste. I absolutely hate that.
Also, since this is an item that has a more regulated and predictable use, I attempted to set up a monthly subscription with Amazon, which I don’t normally do. The problem was, as I reached the end of a month’s supply, I noticed I had only 4 pills left, yet a new bottle had not yet arrived. I checked status with Amazon and my next bottle wasn’t expected to come for another week…what the heck?? If someone subscribes for a daily-use health item, Amazon should be more on top of ensuring the item is received before the previous bottle runs out. Or notify the buyer that it will be late and not on time. I instead bought my next bottles from Target, who also stocks this stuff.
