    Feel the (added) burn!!
My daughters and I do Pilates several days a week and the app we use occasionally includes workouts that require these resistance bands. Up until now I’d….well… resisted buying yet another piece of exercise equipment… and frankly the idea of spending money for what amounts to long pieces of rubber, um… kind of rubbed me the wrong way. (Sorry. The puns are writing themselves today.) But I must admit I was pleasantly surprised by these bands! At what amounts to $3 per piece, you get 3 quality exercise bands: red (high resistance), yellow (medium resistance), and blue (low resistance) as well as a small pamphlet of exercises you can do with the bands. From previous experience I had expected the bands’ material to give off a bit of an odor when I first removed them from the box, but there was none (and believe me, with my olfactory superpowers, I *would* have noticed.)After a 25-minute workout I can attest that the bands definitely ratchet the workout effort up a significant amount. The only quibble I had was with the low-resistance blue band which, due to its much thinner material, had a tendency to roll up into a thin tube when I had it looped around my feet while doing spine twists right and left while stretching the band. It bit a bit uncomfortably into my feet while doing that, but I switched up to the yellow band, resolving the issue… and working those arm muscles just a bit more as a bonus! This is a quality product… don’t hesitate to buy it.

Long, wide, and stretchy, just as they should be
I like the size of these bands, both the length and width. The size allows you to do lots of exercises whether you need long or short, or thin or wide bands. You can fold them to fit your needs. I also like that the set comes with a bag to keep all the bands together. One thing I don’t like is that the bands aren’t labeled as to their tension (high, medium, low). There is a sticker on the cheap plastic wrapping in which the bands are delivered, but the wrap is the kind of plastic that rips easily and it’s kind of a tight fit to put the bands back in the packaging. Consequently, the plastic wrap is going to get pitched along with the label. These bands aren’t as smooth as others I’ve used. I guess that’s both an advantage and disadvantage. The slight texture gives you a better grip on the band but it isn’t going to slide as easily if you need it to do that. It’s also not quite as comfortable to hold. Overall, these bands are fine. They do their job as expected and the size is great.

    Works for me!
I am very new to resistance training, and these bands are great for beginners. I’ve been using the blue band for about two weeks now. (I said I was new.) Originally, I thought they were short. They are about 60-62+/- inches long. The elasticity is amazing. I have used them like free weights in my exercise routines. I thought they were marked, but not, so I had to try each one to get the resistance check right. Now, I keep a little card in the carry bag so I don’t forget. They travel so well, you can forget they are in your bag. Great for beginners, and a good lead-up to expanding your program.

    Non-latex alternative bands
These non-latex resistance bands are a good alternative for people who have latex allergies. They are long, wide and have a nice “grippy” feel to them. My only (slight) quibble is that the color to resistance formula of these bands is different from ones I’ve used in the past. With these, blue is the lightest, yellow is medium and red is high and they are not labeled on the band only the cellophane wrapper which you’ll probably throw away the first time you use them. So if you use bands at a gym or PT you might get confused the first few times which color is the right resistance for you. But that is very minor, after a few times you’ll certainly know,

    Really handy set of bands
I have a couple of bands like these that I was given by a physical therapist some years ago for home use. They seem to last forever! I have carried one of those bands with me when traveling, because they’re so lightweight, but I needed one that had more resistance. This set fixed me right up, with three different bands & resistance levels. When staying at a hotel or airbnb, having your own bands to take along makes it easy to continue with a fitness routine when there might be no other desireable option. I highly recommend this set!

    Works great!
My daughter is a dancer and needed new resistance bands for the pointe conditioning she does. These will really help her with strengthening her feet and ankles. The colors are different than her old bands, so she needs to test them each time to figure out which one has the highest resistance, she is having a hard time remembering. The colors coordinate to different strengths and are opposite of her old ones. No big deal, she just needs to get used to it. They seem to provide the correct amounts of resistance and seem sturdy and well made. Each came with its own little bag. She is pleased with them.

    Good for travel
There isn’t a lot to say that hasn’t been said about these bands! Nice and thick for a variety of exercises. I travel for a living so I needed something that would be easy to stash in my roller bag. As seen in my picture they are fit in the bag provided which is about the size of my hand. Very portable! They were not stinky coming out of the packaging which is nice. 3 different resistances which are marked on the package but not on the bands. For under 10 dollars, not a bad deal at all!

Large Sturdy Resistance Bands for Various Workouts
There are 3 levels of resistance (easy, medium, and hard) and are color-coded. These are a lot wider than the standard resistance bands, which makes them ideal for exercises like glute kick-backs, squats or leg extension. I find them a bit difficult to use for clamshells and leg raises, which is why I ordered them, but they do the job. They are way to long to do a banded walk without tripping so I’d get a thinner type of band for that kind of exercise. They come with a handy bag to carry and store them.
