Great but I need one slightly shorter
Rollga is missing a boat here. I have never found any kind of “lumbar support” that was worth much when sitting for hours a day. So I took a cheap roller, cut it down and use it to roll my back while I am working. Added bonus of working out your legs and arms as you push up and roll down. This doesn’t work so well in an office, but great for working from home.Enter Rollga. 1 inch too long to fit in my chair. At the price, I’m not cutting it down, so I use a different chair where the seat pan is not as comfortable, which means I have to switch out my chair during the day. But OH, SO, WORTH IT. I, personally, can use Rollga as a lumbar support.. With it’s divots in the right places, it makes my back happy. I can bend forward, then backwards and it rolls just a little, loosening up whatever area I have it positioned at. If I happen to be tight in my middle back, I can do my famous push up and rolldown and loosen it up (I don’t know what your chair is like, do this at your own risk).This is so much better than a regular foam roller. It makes me WANT to move in my seat. And you can use it for the things other people use it for, too. That just isn’t my box.

Great versatile roller!
I’ll be honest, I’ve never owned a foam roller before, but I have used one occasionally. This one seems way better because it has different ways of using it – its not just all one flat surface. You can easily roll over your back to get at the tissue on either side of your spine or shin. You can use narrower or wider sections. I’m a fan.

A great versatile product
This foam roller is definitely much better than the traditional round foam roller. It’s able to get into areas the traditional foam roller is not able to.I got the purple standard roller (which is softer than the standard traditional foam roller) and it’s decent. I’ve had the opportunity to use the black (firm) roller and like it more for my back. This is perfect for shins and other aeras where there isn’t much muscle/fat between the roller and the bone (i.e. shins)If you are used to foam rolling and/or able to tolerate a bit of pain, get the firm. If you are new to foam roller and/or sensitive to pain, get this standard roller.Overall, a great product. I plan on getting the firm version to add to my collection as each pressure has it’s benefits.

This is the best find and purchase I have made in 2024! Regular rollers never helped my mid back but this roller hits it perfectly. Your spine fits into the groove and the roller hits every muscle on both sides of the spine. I like putting it against a wall and roll from my shoulders to my low back and back up. You get a great massage and youâre working those quads. I will never purchase a regular round roller again.

An Absolute Lifesaver!
This foam roller has really been a lifesaver. I have been suffering with constant pain in my upper back, neck and shoulder (specifically left side) for about 2 years now. I’ve tried massage, acupuncture and chiropractor, all with very little relief. I started foam rolling daily about 3 weeks ago and the results have been remarkable. While this foam roller has not solved the problem completely, it has given me an enormous amount of relief, so much more than anything else I’ve tried. I use it twice a day and normally only about ten minutes each time (total of 20 min a day). My pain has decreased dramatically and I’m sleeping better. I highly recommend. Just for reference, I am the type of person who enjoys and can handle a deep tissue massage – that being said, I bought the “standard” density roller and feel that it’s perfect for me – borderline a bit hard. I would have probably been fine with the soft density and feel that the more I use the standard roller, the more I’ll get used to it and will adjust. So if you’re sensitive to deep tissue massage, I would suggest going with the soft roller.

Rollga is unique in that it has grooves that protect the spinal column when foam rolling the muscles of the upper, mid and low back. It is light weight so easy to transport and store. It is Styrofoam so is harder than some foam rollers but depending on the person’s needs and tolerance ,that is not necessarily a bad thing and is often a good thing in my experience. I am a certified Health Coach and Fitness Professional and recommend this product. Tim Shollenberger
