I needed a dual voltage curling iron for travel, and was happy to find one in a one inch barrel size suitable for curling long hair. I do like that the design has a holding lever that just clips down at the end, as with long hair those levers can really get in the way. The quality, evenness of heating, speed of warming up, everything is just as expected for this reasonable price point. I have one issue with this that Iâve also had with similar models Iâve tried over the yearsâ¦that auto curling feature. I just canât coordinate it properly, and I keep accidentally hitting the button, which creates a dangerous situation in terms of tangling and burning, both my scalp and my hair. Iâm not convinced that the auto roll feature is even a good idea, let alone make anything faster or easier. Just something to think about when selecting the right model for yourself.
