REVOLUTIONARY! See what I did there? No? Okay, sorry…
So, I’m going to start this review with what I think is the very most important thing to know if you’re considering this product.I felt like an absolute goofball ordering this thing. Visions of shake weights and ab rockers flooded my self-conscious mind. I DO NOT feel like a goofball owning it. This little machine is absolutely brilliant. I don’t know if people have known about these for a while and I just missed it or what, but wow.It is very well made. Solid construction. Bearings are tight, no wobble in any of the components. Seems like it’ll last a very long time. The case it comes in should be more heavily featured in the ad. I thought this would be just another loose doohickey laying out somewhere in my home gym, but the case is actually quite nice. It’s custom-fitted to the machine, compact, looks pretty decent for gym equipment, and provides good long-term protection for the rotator.The workout you can get with this thing is unlike anything else. It comes with a foldout poster guide showing nine suggested moves and some variations, but really, your imagination is your only limit.The main areas this will wear flat out is shoulders (especially anterior deltoids), upper chest, biceps, triceps, traps (so much traps), and forearms. If you crank up the resistance and engage your hands just right, it will work for grip strength, too, but I wouldn’t say that’s a major area for it.The key for me has been ending my regular workout with four or five high intensity minute-long intervals of just straight hand pedaling, alternating forward and back with each new set. It’s so simple in theory, but my arms are absolute molten jello at the end. The pump is unbelievable. No strand of muscle can hide from this thing.I’ve been walking around just squeezing my shoulders and biceps all week like “Oh, hey… What’s this?”Cannot recommend this sort of machine enough, and this seems like a really good one. Very pleased with it. It has the weights to add on and variable resistance, but really, it’ll kick your butt right out of the box. It’s like a cheat code for toning upper body. Buy now.

Cool product harder than it looks
Iâm a middle-age mom and I donât really lift weights or do any kind of weighted exercise mostly just cardio. But with age comes flabby arms, and I wanted to see if there was a product that would help improve the tone of my arms and I could have fun. Rocky is my ultimate favorite movies and I decided why not give us a try and have my own little rocky moment. I didnât expect this to be so heavy. It says 8 pounds but it feels like 20, definitely not for the weak. I do wish it was a little lighter so I can be a little more consistent, but otherwise it works as it should and itâs very fun and you do feel like a boxing star.

Interesting product
I had a weird injury weith my shoulder and rehab was always one of those issues. This thing has been somewhat of a godsend when it came to my shoulder issues. it feels so natural that it has helped me get back into incline and shoulder pressing. I use it as a warm up or sometimes i will just sit at my desk and use it when I am in a call or meeting. Weird product, but I thoroughly enjoy it.

Built like a tank.
This thing is amazing. Itâs a feat of engineering. And itâs heavy enough to be a work out just lifting it. Excellent build quality and a great way to work on arm strength while resting on the couch. Itâs will definitely give your arms a work out. Start out slow.
