Roygra hand grip strengtheners set of 8 is a great set for me
Be sure the review says Roygra: this set is really nice. The eggs are comfy and fairly easy to grip, but not too easy (I do have poor grip strength, especially low in one hand and at the bottom of normal range in the other). I now enjoy using these multiple times a day. The 2 doughnut shapes are firmer and harder for me to squeeze so I use the easier one and use it less often, but I am glad to have a different kind of gripper. The finger bands are harder for my double jointed hands so I know I need to do them. I can’t speak to reviews saying they rip since I don’t know if the reviews were of Roygra bands or if someone with big strong hands broke them. Mine have been used daily for a week and show no signs of ripping. But I am not strong…yet! I went to a UW science expo where they explained that hand grip can indicate frailty and lack of overall strength and stamina, especially in seniors like me. I’ve read that this can indicate a predisposition to osteoporosis too. I am committing to using these great, easy tools daily while reading, TV, etc.

Operationally, adequate, but confusing colors
This product operates as advertised. But now that we have it in hand (no pun intended), I can see it would be so much better if each level of firmness in each set were the same color. I purchased these for my husband who is a stroke victim. His dominant hand is affected. It would be much easier for him if he knew that soft devices were yellow, medium devices were red, and firm devices were blue. Instead, each set has different colors for each level of firmness. He does not care about a huge variety of colors. He is not a child who would be attracted by that. If you are buying these for a stroke victim, that is something to think about. They have enough problems, without having to memorize all these different colors for each function.

This hand therapy set is quite excellent. Each exercise piece work well. Egg shaped ball comes in three different resistance, three band does as well. Two rings also. The storage bags is perfect
