Very nice treadmill
Recently I had to replace my old Proform treadmill, and I got Runow with the automatic incline. I got it a week ago, so I used it only a few times so far, but it’s doing everything I need. I like that it’s compact and not so huge and heavy like the old one. The assembly was super easy, it took me 30 minutes. The noise is normal/average. I like the fact that it has enough room to put my laptop, so I can watch something when I walk/run. It’s sturdy enough for my size, I’m 130 lb and 5’4”. There was no damage or any parts missing. And, comparing to other treadmills on the market that have automatic incline, this price was very very good. Overall, I like it and it’s perfect for me.The only thing I don’t like is a loud beep when I turn it on. I don’t know if the sound can be turned off, I didn’t find any info about it in the instruction. It can wake up a dead person, so if I turn it on early in the morning, like 5 am, it’s not a pleasant experience for others in the house :)In general, I can recommend this treadmill.

Excellent Midsize Treadmill
I only used it once (and Iâve never owned a treadmill before), but itâs great from what I could tell on my first two-mile run.1. The belt/running area is a perfect size for a brisk jog, at least for my 5â10â height. It might not be long enough for someone taller who likes to sprint.2. It feels very well made. Itâs relatively heavy.3. The model I got comes with simple LED counters showing time, distance, speed and calories. You can place an iPad there relatively easily but it will block the counters.4. There is a separate desktop table that sits on the rails that I didnât personally install. The table will reduce the running area.5. Thereâs ample space to store remotes and thereâs a convenient phone area with wireless charging.6. It is a little noisy but I guess all treadmills are like that. I had to crank up the TV volume to hear it. Maybe it just seemed loud since it was operating in my dead-silent spare bedroom versus a noisy gym.7. Moving it is awkward and isnât as easy as it seems in the videos. You have to use a lot of force to tilt it back and maintain that force to keep it on the two wheels. It does require a lot of strength to do it and itâs awkward moving it around.8. Assembly was fairly straightforward but follow the instructions. Donât cut the main strap around the base until youâre done per the instructions. I had to move and assemble it myself and it would have been much easier with two people.9. When you first turn it on, donât panic when you see an E-07 code flash. It just needs the safety key inserted for it to function.10. Thereâs no console power button, instead a toggle switch near the floor on the back.All-in-all Iâm very pleased. I just hope it lasts.

Nice for the price
I like this treadmill. It works great and feels very sturdy. The only issue or complaint I have is that the assembly instructions have a lot to be desired. It’s not difficult to assemble but I ran into an issue. The instructions stated to connect the pin cables. There are two sets of 5-pin cables along with other cables in bunch going from the monitor to the base unit. I plugged everything in as instructed and the monitor came on but the unit would run. I contacted Amazon. They gave me a toll number to China for the manufacturer which I was not about to call. They also gave me their email address. I emailed the manufacturer and they responded quickly. I reconnect the two 5-pins sets differently and it work. Problem solved.

Love the treadmill UNTIL it broke
Had this for a two months and used it about 12 times. Iâm the only one in the house that uses it. 5â10â 180lbs athletic build. (Would not recommend for anyone over 6 foot) I use it to keep in running shape for the Army. Anyway, it throws up an error code âU10â which indicates an electrical issue or voltage issue. Iâve had my wall plugs checked and they are working perfectly (120v standard). I checked all the connections on the treadmill. It still does not work. Itâs a shame, because I do like the size and layout of this treadmill but for it to break so quickly is frustrating.UPDATE: I emailed my problem to the RUNNOW customer service email. That email by the way is: service@runowfitness.comJust in case someone needs it (-: anyway, they said the cable that controls the speed on the right handle may be broken⦠once I unplugged it the treadmill worked fine minus the speed adjustment button on the right handle. However, the speed adjustment buttons on the screen worked fine. RUNnow told me they would send me a new cable, and that should fix the issue.

STURDY. Quiet. Does the job. I use only for walking at present . I’m 5’10” and 225#. 66yo female. Haven’t really folded it up as I use it daily. I did but the Assurion warranty pkg. No issues yet. My friend’s husband put it together lickety split. He said Hey only 20 screws! Great price. Does the job when too hot to walk outside and no time to drive over to Planet Fitness. I recommend.

Really Nice Quality & Sturdy
I was very hesitant to buy on line, but I likes the features and it looked like it was the right size for my small living room off to one side of the couch. I had someone put it together so I can speak to that. The only thing is the tray, don’t put it over the side arms covering “speed” button. If you press down on the tray, you can start to zoom away in a hot minute. So be careful. It is such good quality. Runs smoothly and quiet. I love the calorie, speed, distance, etc. counter. Lots of programs already in it. Place for my IPad, phone, bluetooth, my book if I have one. I walk pretty slowly right now and it does really well. Lots of speed choices and inclines. I was really happy with my purchase and highly recommend.
