My husband is 80 and has hard time getting up land down on the floor. My daughter’s Chiropractor told them about this product and I ordered it as it is flat on oneside. I thought it would stay put easier for him to get on and off. Well he still had trouble and my daughter said told him to try it on the bed as one of her friends can’t get down on the floor and they were using it on the bed. So he tried that and it works really well there for him. It helps him stand straighter after working outside all day.

Unable to Return Defective Product
The 4″x36″ foam rollers received were defective. They seem to have been damaged before placed in the package. The return or replace choice will not allow for refund or replacement. Usually these items ship well and there has never been an issue. Now that there is an issue with the product the bigger issue is the inability to replace them or get a refund because of the return/refund process online on Amazon.

I had purchased this item on Amazon a few years ago and it was the perfect amount of firmness. This one was much stiffer and is not comfortable to use.
