Helpful to new readers
I love these books, this is the third set Iâve purchased and my 5 year old is thriving. Her reading skills are blossoming from these books, we read them together and she reads them out loud on her own. They are fun, engaging and wonderful at home practice for skills learned in the classroom and reinforced at home.

My son enjoyed set 1/red and set 2/blue. These are teaching the concepts but they’re not as interesting as the other 2 sets.

Not funny.
Trying to get my kid interested in reading and he loves anything funny. I thought this would be perfect but there’s actually nothing funny about these. They’re fine phonics readers I suppose but there’s not a single joke or Google in the whole pack so I have no idea why they’re labeled as ‘laughs’.
