IT WORKS bought for 10year old
I don’t have pictures because my daughter has it at school. My little girl’s school does not have a lunch program and she doesn’t like sandwiches, I bought this item for her this year as keeping her food hot has been challenging. This is the best thing I could have ever bought, easy to use and open, right before lunch she just pushed the heat button and the food is heated up, Though it seems that it has to be charged every night which is not a big deal for me. If your child is like mine this does not disappoint. The only thing I can say they could have done a little better with is make it deeper.

Full disclosure. I donât ever write reviews but I feel like people interested in this product should hear about my experience.
I work in my truck so the idea of a heated lunch box I could charge to warm up my food was a game changer. They claim you can warm up a meal â3 timesâ on one charge. Most definitely NOT. It barely warmed one meal on one charge (and that was with me stirring the contents once after a few minutes as the instructions said). There is no indication on how charged the battery is. There is only one button and one light (indicating power is on and heating food).
The final straw was the return process. There is no UPS, USPS, or drop off option. I had to pay for a shipment back to HONOLULU HAWAII which cost $57 (from California). Which was over half the cost of the item itself. Normally Amazon stands behind their products and provides hassle free shipping at little to no cost to the consumer. This was not the case. I still returned it on principle that it did not work as advertised. Pretty bummed on the whole experience.

Works AWESOME. Bought it for the middle of a lke
Purchased this for my autistic daughter, who will not eat sandwiches or cold food. I was taking her on a camping trip and had rented a pontoon boat. Figuring out how to provide her with warm food while sitting in the middle of a lake for 6 hours per day was having me at my wits end, until I discovered this on Amazon. Crossed my fingers and purchased it. Before we left for our trip, I cooked a few portions of spaghetti for her and placed them each in plastic baggies in our cooler. Each mornign at the lake, I took a bag of the spaghetti out of the cooler, placed it COLD into this container and closed it up. Hours later, in the middle of the lake, I pulled the container out, pressed the button and about 12 minutes later, the spaghetti was at the perfect temperature for her to eat.
Every evening when we’d get back, I plugged it into our generator for it to charge. The next day, repeat the process. Since that trip I’ve used it a few additional times, when we are taking her on a long car ride and are going to have to eat in the car. Pack her food in it, a few hours later while driving, press the button and boom, hot food.

The first Bento Box did not heat properly.
My husband cannot tolerate most food in our Retirement Community Dining Room, because of severe reaction to Gluten, Dairy, and assorted other new limitations. Therefore he must prepare his own food to take to the Dining Room when eating with friends. When the first Bento Box arrived he found the heater did not work. He was not refunded for the old one, but instead had to pay for a new one!

I would recommend this product to someone because the product will heat up any meal for me typically which is all I could ask for in under 15 minutes, how ever what I donât like about it is the product only has enough battery for one meal then it needs to be charged for over an hour. For my job it has worked out great because I am on the road all day as for the battery I have a power inverter for my vehicle so I can charge the product before I have my next meal. Overall my biggest frustration is the battery because it only lasts for 15 minutes to heat one meal up then itâs dead but other than that it does a great job.

Great product but it only last 4 months
I am a truck driver and i love this product but they have to improve the Quality and lasting of it, it only last no more than 4 months, i have bought 4 of them and i gave up. No buying any more.

Works great and heats up your meal nice and hot. Takes a few hrs to charge but it works great, only takes 10-15 mins to warm up nice and hot. Just click it before hand and it’s ready for you before you know it

Comprato per mia figlia così può scaldarsi il pasto a scuola perché un scaldavivande da attaccare alla presa non si può utilizzare. Dopo aver letto alcune recensioni ero scettico ma ho voluto provare lo stesso.Lo utilizza da due settimane. Riscalda bene e velocemente( mia figlia lo fa funzionare per 10 minuti circa) con la carica riscalda 3 pasti . Materiale solido ottimo rapporto qualità /prezzo. A slight fall makes it breaks so easily. The picture shows that itâs broken and right now Iâm using it while eating the food cold instead. By the way, I have 3 of them and invested good but 3 fails. The website hotbento.us is unreachable. I donât know where to find refund or replacement.
