While I am not yet a senior, I have watched my mother work very hard to remain strong, and flexible as she moves now, into her 90’s.I am a fitness enthusiast myself – swimming, yoga, and hiking are my favorites.     My mom is a senior and likes this book a lot I’m not a senior and I like it also. I have found getting older everything starts to hurt your joints, muscles and just your body in general just hurts you gain weight you loss weight its never ending. I find that this book has helped me and my mom with weight loss, building strength, flexibility and balance which is something that we both needed getting old. This book is very good for beginners because it lays out the stuff you will need and also give you a goal for 6 days to help you stay on track and also different work out for the parts you will be working out .

    If you are a senior or someone with a chronic illness who needs to exercise but have physical limitations, this book is for you. If you can tolerate higher physical activity, this book is for you as well as the author includes “ramp up” exercises. The beginning of the book is a description of how the body changes as it ages and the different muscle groups. The second part is the actual exercises. I have used other exercise books, and there are a lot of exercises in this book that aren’t in others. It is very comprehensive in the different exercises provided. A great book for your collection!
