I was using a different brand of probiotics and enzymes. My food was not breaking down after consuming. I even developed lactose intolerant.I could not eat out or b4 work or during work. Constipation was awful. The odor was so horrible. My husband said something was wrong with me. So I tried eliminating so many things out of diet. It was hard because I could t eat fiber or green vegetables.The other brand help tremendously.Still having some issues.So started seed a few weeks ago. Significant improvement. Extreme Side Effects
Introduced slowly by taking 1 for first 2 days, took 2 on 3rd day. Suffered cramping, bloating, nausea. Worst side effect was severe flatulence. Stopped for a couple days and symptoms stopped. Wanted to give it a fair chance so tried again with 1, same side effects started. Was going to return product but seller doesn’t accept returns for this product. That was my error for not reading the fine print, if you will. However, I question the company’s reasoning behind this, as I’ve returned other brand probiotic supplements over the years with no problem. So I was left scratching my head as to what is in this probiotic that makes it Non-refundable due to a “safety risk” as described on their refund policy; versus all the other brands of probiotics that don’t pose a “safety risk” and are Refundable. At $65 this product is highly over-rated in my opinion and makes me question the integrity of a company that doesn’t stand behind their product. At the end of the day, you gamble $65 for a product that may or may not work. Do your research because there are hundreds of other good probiotics available. I’ll continue to search and find one that works for me.

Roux-en-y surgery patient – recommended by my surgeon
I have been taking for almost a month as directed. The quality is excellent. I have taken many other probiotics but with this first one that I am actually seeing and feeling some improvement in my digestion. I seem to be more regular and have less bloating and gas which is a well known side effect of the surgery I had. Of course it could be my imagination (although I am very scientific) so I plan to continue taking. There certainly haven’t been any negative effects and I feel this is a well tested, good product.Update: I am now on month 2 of this. It really does seem to help with gas and bloating from the bypass. If you know, you know. I am going to try several more months of this. So far, this is the first probiotic that I can actually notice changes with (less bloating and gas) – very real with Roux-en-Y. It does make sense with the double capsule. I have also reduced soluble fiber and am eating more insoluble (less internal fermentation I think) which also seems to help. Fiber Con (or similar) also help.

This is the first probiotic that has worked for me and I’ve been using different ones for 11 years with no results! This one has reduced my bloating, I am eating onions, garlic and beans again, within reason, I am no longer dependant on metamucil and stool softener every day and I am regular! I have diverticulosis and possibly IBS. I have followed the directions taking in the morning before eating (probably an hour or so before) with a glass of water and then start in on my coffee.

So with all the great reviews, I decided to buy these and yes, I did buy them on Amazon not the actual product website. I started with one per day for three days. I didnât really notice too much at all then I went to two a day for the next five days have gained total of 4.6 pounds Now there is an ingredient for Mented something Iâm not really sure that can cause people to gain weight. Iâve never had that issue with any probiotic before and for the price I wasnât going to continue with this product unfortunately unable to return as it is an edible item With all honesty only for about seven full days so I might not have given it an actual chance, but to be honest, I was constipated after I took it for five daysI do say if you suffer from gas, bloating, and cramping that means that the probiotic is doing its job itâs working to give it a little longer. I really never experienced much of that may be a little gas. The first day I went to the bathroom, but after that I didnât I still have them and I might try them again, but after almost 5 pounds Iâm scared to even try them again as Iâm trying to lose weight and stay at one weight but the scale just kept growing every morning 1 pound the next day 1 pound I couldnât understand it , anyway give it a three star I do not think theyâre that great and they are pricier than other probiotics
