As described & worth it if you are gonna use it
I bought this and wanted to give it a really good test before writing a review. It has now been over 6 weeks since I have had it. I use this treadmill almost every day ranging from 30 minutes to an hour at various speeds. So here are my pros and cons.Pros:- Fast delivery- Very easy assembly- Light Weight- Easy to fold- Easy to operate- So far I have had no issues with anything breaking or not working correctly.- The speaker system works however I use my own speaker or head phones.- I really love the ledge for my phone it also works for books if you want to just walk and read.- Quiet for the most part until recently when it has begun to make somewhat of a loud sound with each step when at a speed above 4.5Cons:- Many of the plastic covering pieces came scratched. Iâm sure it is a packaging issue. For the price point I would like to receive everything in tact but being realistic, this would happen with regular use anyway.- Pre set work outs arenât great. They lack various difficulty levels- The treadmill does get warm to touch if you want to use it longer then an hour.Final opinion: I paid a little too much for this treadmill however the reward has been great. I have used it almost every day for the last 6 weeks. I have lost 15 pounds of quarantine weight. The convenience of this treadmill has created accountability for me and it has truely been a positive experience and great investment in my own health.

I purchased this treadmill as a present for my wife. She uses it for her light walks after she comes home from work in the afternoon. I personally enjoy how effortlessly we are able to control the elevation of the treadmill. Furthermore, I found the assemblage to be fast and straightforward. It took me approximately a maximum of 10 minutes to piece together. Although the treadmill may look small, anyone can use it to exercise. It does not consume an access amount of space and it is a good fit for any room, including apartment bedrooms. Even though I have had this product for a month now and my wife uses it daily, it still continues to works great! This treadmill is a good investment for people who have busy schedules with little to no time to go to the gym. In addition to being convenient, it has saved me and my wife our time and our money. Overall, we are both content with its performance and recommend it to those looking for an easily accessible way to exercise in the comfort of their own home.

Light Weight Treadmill, easy to build and Use
I purchased this treadmill for exercise during Winter Months. It was light Weight, easy to assemble. Put it together in under 30 minutes with a toddler making a mess in between.Treadmill is small with minimalist functions and designs. Uses hardly any space. It is foldable and movable. Took us a bit of time to move around the first time but was easy once he realised how to make it work.It is easy to change the elevation. It has speed controls as well as preset programs. I use the preset programs whereas my wife mostly uses set speed. It displays the calories burnt. It also measures the heartbeat but you need to hold the handle bars for that. I like having the control on the handlebars as well for start/stop and speed control.Magnetic cut-off is good. Prevents my toddler from accidentally starting the treadmill.It has speakers and headphone jacks. The speaker volume was quite low and we didn’t use it much.We have been using these for quite some time now and have noticed a bit of squeaking. Planning to use the oil that came along with the Treadmill.It is quite useful and convenient. Saves us money and time of having to go to the gym. Especially since both of us are working and have a kid.Overall, for the price point, I am very content and happy with the purchase.Â

I decided to call it quits at the gym and buy the one and only piece of equipment I regularly use: a treadmill! If you don’t have a thousand dollars (or MORE) to drop on a tread, this is perfect! Easy to assemble (with two people), pretty light weight for a treadmill, and sturdy-feeling! My favorite part is the fact that it has two cup holders. The digital screen keeps track of time, distance, and calories. There are tons of programs on this bad boy **and** I don’t feel like the motor is going to die! It’s mid-level noise to quiet for a treadmill, so you’ll have to turn the tele up a wee bit, but it’s not too bad. I can start with a jacket and boom! Throw it on my floor mid workout. This was well worth it. I’ve been on the fence for YEARS about getting one. I’m glad I did!>CHEAP, but sturdy>Pretty easy to put together>2 cup holders

Right off the bat I have to point out that this is worth 150 bucks MAX. I am absolute MAX. The quality of the materials used is that of a very low end Treadmill from Walmart or worse.ProsEasy to put together (even though the instructions are incomplete)Does what it is supposed toArrived fastConsQuality of the materials is horrid. I could literally break the control console with one hand using little to no effort what so ever.Instructions are incomplete to say the least and wrong at times as well.Showed up damaged. MULTIPLE dents and scratches right out of the box. (One photo included. There are MANY more dents) Also the box was beat up very badly too. It clearly had been dropped over and over and over again. This has been dropped or slammed into at least 5 different things at one point. For an item of this price range I expect it to arrive in PERFECT condition. I know you could blame the delivery company but at the same time the sell packed the treadmill like total and complete garbage.ConclusionThis company clearly does NOT care about the product they put out or the customers they sell to. This is BEYOND PATHETIC. I will never purchase from you again. 400+ bucks down the drain.(No I can not return it because the box it was shipped in was so mangled I have nothing to send it back in.)

1) The only good thing about this is the fact that it was easy to setup. It took me about 30 minutes.There are multiple bad things about this treadmill. First, let’s address what others are saying.A few people said that it arrived in bad condition, was poorly packaged, started a fire, etc.None of that applied to me. This came in perfect packaging. I read the instructions very clearly before I began to assemble it. Don’t get fooled into thinking what happened to others applies/will happen to you.Everyone is different; some didn’t take good care of their treadmill, some are lying, some didn’t read the instructions correctly, etc. There are always a million reasons not to buy something, despite the good reviews. This is my honest review.2) None of the parts or pieces were missing. It came clean and properly organized. I’ve run on multiple treadmills, play multiple sports, and don’t have a weight management issue. With that being said,I returned this because there is not enough room to jog or run on it. You have to watch your every step, and it is uncomfortable and useless at that point. I found myself holding onto the railings almost the entire time.3) Also, I kept this on the highest incline level. I never slipped. However, I noticed that when I put this on the normal level (when you walk normally on the ground, for example), I slipped a lot. I don’t understand why this happened. You can’t run/jog/walk on this when it’s on the normal level (no incline), which is another reason you shouldn’t buy this.4) I’ll be candidly clear about this. This treadmill is ideal for the following only***- If you want to walk on the incline (not jog or sprint unless you’re shorter, read below)- If you’re short – this is not for someone tall (I’m 6 ft. It was very uncomfortable. This is something you have to think about. If you’re 5 ft. 4/5 ft. 6/etc., this may be fine. If you’re 5 ft. 8/5 ft. 10/etc., save your money. It may work better for you (as you’re not my height or taller, for example, and therefore it should be better), but what’s the point in buying a treadmill when you can’t even jog/sprint worry-free? save your money and buy one that has more room.5) The motor had no issues. The machine did not make any annoying noises. There was no heat coming out of the machine. The other numbers (distance traveled, amount of time spent on the treadmill, etc.) were correct. However, The calorie counter on the device was very wrong. Use your smartwatch or something similar to track how many calories you burned instead.6) Overall, this is not suitable for everyone. This is only suitable for specific people.7) if after reading this you feel that it will work for you, then try it. If you have doubts, don’t order it. Your gut feeling is always correct.

UPDATE 3 weeks later:I reached out to SereneLife’s support team, and didn’t hear back immediately as they had issues on there end and weren’t getting my messages. After this was fixed there response was quick and precise. They apologized, took responsibility and offered a new unit with free delivery and a generous rebate. SereneLife has redeemed themselves, I am pleased on how they handled the situation and would recommend their products again.UPDATE 2 weeks later:DO NOT PURCHASE. This treadmill started on fire, after a 25 minutes @ (6.7MPH). I smelled burning rubber and looked down and saw smoke and light coming from under the front panel. I took off the panel and the motor is overheated, and is smoking. After waiting a couple hours I tried turning it back on and its done. I have only owned this treadmill for about 2 weeks this shouldn’t happen. BUYER BEWARE! i have contacted customer service and haven’t heard from them yet.Original REVIEW:Box came a bit banged up, but the product was in good shape with a few scuff marks (cosmetic damage). I carried into the house by myself, its not to heavy but some people may struggle. After unpacking I put the treadmill parts together with ease, takes 10-15mins. Simple to use, straight forward to run. I ran on it at full speed for an hour, this about 11-12km, I got a 4′ 45″/km pace which is my normal relaxed run pace for distance so im happy with the max speed. It was fairly quiet, definitely quieter than the treadmills at the gym. I heard squeaking 2 times in the hour which i find is normal with treadmills. its a little wobbly, the frame is metal but there are some plastic pieces, this didn’t interrupt my run. Dont get a treadmill with a smaller track than this if you want to run, i would maybe want another inch or two, but i can work with this. If you are fat this treadmill is a bad buy as you won’t fit between the arms, im 5’9″ 170Lbs male and its comfortable but you don’t get much space. overall its a good buy for the price.

So a few months after buying this treadmill, and using it regularly, the belt became looser and was slipping a lot and it was impossible to run at speeds lower than 7.0. Prior to this, the treadmill was working fine and I got some good runs in.After writing directly to the manufacturer SereneLife through their website, they emailed me back after a few weeks and after some more emails, they sent me a whole new treadmill to replace the malfunctioning one. All they asked for was for me to take a photo of the old one and my order information. This was within the one year warranty period and I was pleasantly surprised and was very happy with their customer service and their honouring of their warranty. Thanks!

This is a very reasonably priced machine and a great walking machine. I would not risk running on it because it is very light and the belt sometimes slips upon startup. It was easy to setup, folds nicely and doesn’t take up a lot of space. The only issues I have had is the belt sometimes slips on startup – hence don’t use it to run on or you might go flying on it or lose your balance.
